Townhome holiday rentals in Potomac River

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

I felt right at home! The plants greeting you at the front stoop are adorable and the home is clearly lovingly maintained :)

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

We loved the style of the apartment and the vibe of the neighborhood! Parking was tricky but Leonard was very helpful in communicating options. We got a decent rate at Eden St garage. We loved the cat cafe across the street and the antique shop next door. You do have to walk through a very narrow alleyway to enter the apartment, which might not be accessible for folks with wide bodies or mobility aids, but it was fine for us. Thanks Leonard!

This was an amazing location for exploring DC. Several bus stops within a couple blocks so using Metro system was a breeze. Parking was never a problem. The backyard was heavenly! My teenager used the office loft as their hangout. Definitely recommend!

Lyle was a great host, went above and beyond to help us get settled in and ensure we were all set with our guest parking permits with a same day rental car pickup. He was super responsive and check in was a breeze. We loved the area, easy to walk to many restaurants and grocery stores, you can even walk to the zoo! Everything was as described, including parking (which we found easily), full kitchen and large bathtub were a plus. It worked well for our family with a 2yo toddler, we would definitely stay again!

David’s hosting services shows his authentic appreciation to you as his guest, and I will have this location as my ‘home away from home’ in future visits to Alexandria, Virginia.

We had a wonderful time! Very close to the Innovation station for the Sliver line Metro which was fantastic in traveling into and out of DC. Super simple. There wasn't a Keurig but a nice Nespresso machine which worked well. I suspect they'll add a Keurig in the future.Very nice and new area, close to Dulles, highways and Metro...which puts everything in reach. Metro was safe and clean. We plan on visiting again! Host is great and very responsive.

Blair was very responsive throughout our stay. Their house manual had a lot of local recommendations. House is clean and in a good location for a relaxing local getaway. Having beach passes is awesome and allowed us to spend a beach day without costing extra. We enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood felt very safe, and I loved having access to a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials — Liz really thought of everything. I didn’t find myself needing anything extra. I would definitely stay here again!

Staying with Terry was lovely! The owners live above and are very responsive and helpful when needed! They also have lovely recommendations for food around town. The backyard is beautiful and is completely fenced in which makes the place feel very private and safe. Would definitely stay again.

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

Sean’s place was amazing and felt right at home. We came here for my daughter’s 10th birthday and we had a great time. A lot of great places near this Airbnb too. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!

This townhouse was wonderful. We had a great time and it was easy to get to the metro and around DC.

We travel a lot, this is one of THE best airbnbs we have ever been to. Olive was nice, responsive and had put a lot of thought into decorating the home. Beautiful, clean, modern and great beds!! She was responsive and so very caring about her guests.

This location was perfect for our weekend plans in DC. The house was super cute, homey, and very clean.t The host was very responsive the one time I needed to reach out, and her check in/out instructions were easy to follow. We really enjoyed our time there and hope we can snag it for our annual trip.
