Holiday rentals with a patio in Potočnica

we stayed here for a little over 6 days, and it was absolutely amazing! when i texted Martina we could not find any trash bags (we were unfortunately out of them) she even came to the apartment to bring us a new roll. the view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially with the sunset. all amenities in the house were as listed. we ate dinners together and watched tv, we listened to music in the bathroom (which was great except the fact that the shower floor was higher than the other floors, so the floor was wet all the time) and at night we went to party at Zrče beach. we overall had a great time, along with Martina being so kind to us 💜 would definitely book again! just be mindful that the road to the house is a little difficult to find, but once we were used to it we could instruct our uber drivers just fine.

Great location, spacious & comfortable apartment, beautiful beach nearby, walkable to restaurants, shops and harbour. Very helpful hosts, they collected us from the ferry which was much appreciated, lots of good recommendations. Yes it’s on a main road but there’s no noise from the apartment, it’s safe with two pedestrian crossings. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was exactly as described, everything was clean and tidy - inside and at the pool. Diana and her husband were super nice and the communication was flawless. It couldn't have been better.

We liked the apartment very much! Ivan and his family are very warm and nice and are always there if you need anything. The location is very convenient, you can reach everything on foot. We definitely recommend the apartment. You have everything you need 🤩🤗

We stayed at Morana's place in Silba for approx. 10 days and we had a great time. I can only recommend her place. 1. Location: It was a bit off the center of the island, which we really liked because it was super peaceful and quiet. It was easy to go to the center (10-15 min by foot), where you find restaurants and supermarkets. There were several beaches nearby (the nearest being 5 min walk) so we could visit different beaches every day. 2. Apartment's state: The place looks exactly like the photos. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and beautiful terrace. We slept in the bigger room, on the sofa couch with a mattress on top that is very comfortable. The place is well equipped with A/C, fridge, stove, cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Morana left water and juice for us as a welcome. 3. Communication: Morana was super responsive. She was very helpful and friendly. She and her husband picked us up at the port upon arrival and answered all questions.

Everything was great, the location is great for Zcre Beach but also for swimming in the sea. The accommodation is as described, the only "disadvantage" is other guests in the house, who are loud accordingly. But the hosts can't do anything about that, so we were very satisfied ☺️

Everything was TOP quality! I recommend the apartment and Ivanka's service. I felt at home there. THANK YOU!

Wonderful apartment on a Heaven on Earth that Silba is, and a lovely host.

It was a really nice stay in clean and pleasantly furnished rooms. The hostess was always very friendly and always available. Check-in and check-out was absolutely stress-free and flexible. We would always love to come back :)

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Very nice, secluded little house. We were there with 3 adults and 2 children and that worked well The bathroom is a bit small, but this is compensated by the outdoor shower. Super is the private access to the sea, the coast is otherwise steep and inaccessible. Swimming, snorkeling(many fish, few sea urchins) and sunbathing on the almost empty coast. Highly recommend the homemade products e.g. olive oil or cheese. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place.

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

A true paradise 🤩. We stay here for 6 nights. Perfect spot near all you can do on the island. Peacefull, comfortable, amazing garden, 2 steps away from the sea! I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

the best place to stay in novalja!!

apartment complete with everything and clean, my wife and our daughter spent 10 very relaxing days. Very helpful armchair recommended for those who want to spend days in complete relaxation

Excellent stay with very clean apartment and a little balcony overlooking the bay.

The house is in a great location. In 10 minutes walking you reach the beach below the house, by car in just 5 minutes we visited better beaches. The home was clean, tidy, and perfectly reflected what was shown in the photos. We were 7 young boys and found many activities in the area. The Host was friendly and helpful, he gave us directions on where to eat and what beaches to visit. It was a pleasure staying at Doris' home

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

We are 4 girls who had a pleasant stay of a week in the Raso apartment. Mirjiana is a friendly host and very available to answer all our questions. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with all the basic necessities and not. The location is convenient and is a 10-minute walk from the center of Novaglia and a few minutes from the sea, and a few meters away is the shuttle bus stop that allows you to easily reach the various areas of the island such as beautiful beaches and the main nightlife places such as Zrće Beach. The house also has two comfortable reserved parking spaces in front of the apartment. Highly recommended.
