great place, I have no words to describe the advantages of this place, silence, calm, 100% contact with nature, I will come back as soon as I can, you won't have a better rest anywhere, Jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool first class, everyone will find something for themselves, I recommend

Perfect apartment. Beautiful location, 5 minutes' walk to a sandy beach and the beautiful promenade overlooking the historic center of Rab. Friendly and attentive hospitality.

Everything was very nice and clean. Good beds, lovely view to the garden and the beach from the balcony.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly beautiful, picturesquely located on the edge of Velebit National Park, but not far from the sea, which you can see from the terrace. The amenities were as promised, everything was easy to use and two highlights are: the barbecue and the small but really nice pool with whirl function. To the sea (by car) between 5 and 10 minutes, to breathtaking coves, with crystal clear water. In addition, the water is refreshing in selected places, because of the cold springs from the karst mountains (hot tip, for those who like it cooler). The nearest small town of Karlobag (about 10 minutes by car) offers shopping, restaurants and evening entertainment (live music). Konoba Karlobag (directly opposite Main parking with green pan umbrellas) is highly recommended! (And the new walk between Rabiciza and Karlobag is very great!!) Many thanks to Sanja plus family for a fantastic week!!

Ivan and his family are absolutely gorgeous and loving people .they took absolutely great care of us ! They’re place is beautiful and perfect for a calm and relaxing stay ! Can’t recommend it enough!we loved it!

We spent wonderful days in Lun with our hosts. Upon arrival, the fridge was filled with delicious plums and drinks. We even got a high-quality olive oil from our own production and were later surprised with homemade plum bags. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The pool was cleaned daily in the morning and was impeccable. The location is fantastic, surrounded by old olive trees. On foot, you can reach a small but very beautiful and almost private bay in about 15 minutes through the olive grove. By car, you can also quickly reach other beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to shop to Novalja. The house has a nice big balcony with sea view. We were even allowed to enter the house earlier. We felt very comfortable and recommend the accommodation. Thank you!

We had 5 nights in Villa Delfin, on the 2nd floor (the top floor) from where there are the most breathtaking views of the water on two sides. There is no balcony on the 2nd floor, but it didn't matter to us because there is a lovely terrace - available for everyone - with sea views and lounge furniture, and here we were a lot. Udigten over the sea is so beautiful, and it's really only a few meters to the water, at the end of the garden. The sea is super clean and clear and wonderfully refreshing. We did yoga in the garden every morning and there are many sun loungers where you can lie in the shade under the olive trees with a book - and we appreciated that in July, where the heat is intense. We were super well received by our host Sani, who was super sweet, welcoming and pleasant and always available if we had a question. We were happy to have 5 days at this lovely place - and could have easily enjoyed a whole week on the spot. The warmest recommendations from here!

The appartment is l/super close to the sea. It's a very peaceful and calm place with an amazing view and nice terrasse, and everything close by we needed. Also good for SUP. Ane is a lovely host and recommended an amazing restaurant. We enjoyed each day, thanks for having us :)

All you need and in a great location, minutes from beach, restaurants and shops. Erika was kind and helpful. Great spot for our short stay.

We had an amazing week at Daniela’s Apartment! It’s the perfect location, right by a Promenade where you can walk along and find a ton of restaurants and bars! And there is a taxi boat to the old town of Rab which was so nice to visit at night! We enjoyed our stay and loved it!

The accommodation felt bigger than the photos showed, it was very well furnished and very comfortable, it had all the amenities listed, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, 5 minutes and a 10 minute walk to Rab harbour and Old Town, which could be walked by either the road, park or the lovely sea walk. Danica and her daughter Katarina made us very welcome, and gave us grapes from their vine and tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Katarina gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local events. They were always available for any questions we had. The apartment was a great base for us to explore the island of Rab and always a joy to come back to relax on one of the 2 balconies or the air conditioned main room. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed. The place is very nicely decorated, very quiet from the location, access to the pool and sea very easily accessible. Hosts and family members are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

Barbara was such a brilliant host. The apartment was even better than the pictures showed online. It was clean and had everything we needed (we were two adults and a 5 year old). The beds were also comfy. The pool was great and always clean. The location was also great - 10 minute walk one way to the most child-friendly beach I have ever been too (paradise beach) and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to another lovely beach. There was a large Tommy’s supermarket 3 minute walk away and a bakers was about 5 minutes. Barbara was great at giving us advice about driving to local beaches and parking in Rab town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful, quiet spot away from town and close to a great little beach/bay, down the hill from the property. A good sized swimming pool for the warmer days and lots of space for dining outside. There were lots of great places to visit all within a short drive, but we were equally happy to stay by the pool and relax. The property itself is stunning with views out over the sea. I would love to visit again sometime.

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

It was a lovely stay! Blanka is super nice and attentive. The studio was clean, organized, and well equipped. The pool was a blast... after a long drive it was exactly what we were hoping for!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, we had really great time in Patricia's house. Patricia is very nice and helpful host☺️
