Quiet and quiet place, very well located. The garden and beautiful surroundings. The spaces of the house are very well used. Very friendly people who take care of the place. At last an optimal place to rest in the middle of nature and also with quick access to the road and the highway.

The stay was great. The house is located in a privileged place with magnificent views, tranquility, and has everything you need to spend a few fantastic days. Jose Antonio and his partner were attentive at all times to our needs. Thank you!

The house is wonderful, as shown in the pictures it is very spacious and spacious and the beds are super comfortable! It has a lot of land and many amenities, plus the location near Ribadesella makes it ideal. Great communication, they answered quickly and always resolving our doubts 100% recommended this house

Everything is great The house, surroundings, and amenities.

We can highly recommend this lovely big house and its garden. It was very clean on arrival and is well maintained throughout. The multiple bedrooms and three bathrooms worked really well for us as a family of four and we also used the kitchen a lot, both for cooking and eating. Photos of the property are accurate. Communication with the host agency was good. Maria, the owner, is a very nice lady who lives nearby and met us for key collection - also giving us her phone number in the event of anything we needed. She does not speak any English so it helped that our son is a student of Spanish who speaks it quite fluently. The central location is ideal, very near to the supermarket and just a short walk along to the centre of Llanes and its picturesque port area where there are lots of (very busy!) restaurants. Llanes has pleasant walks - up to the Faro and especially the Paseo de San Pedro - with great views over the town and coast.

Very nice housing and very friendly people with a willingness to help get to know Asturias.

We had a fantastic vacation time at the house. The house is very comfortable, you have everything you need and it is very well located to be able to visit many places in Asturias due to its proximity and good communication. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful short stay at the Miller's House. It is in a beautiful quiet rural setting, spacious, comfortable and clean. There are 2 main bedrooms, one of them en suite and a 3rd bed on a mezzanine which also looked comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need and the lounge has a large comfortable sofa. The back door leads out to the small stream and an outdoor seating area which is lovely. The communication with the hosts was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more from the property. All in all a perfect stay!

We had a great stay in Villabeatriz. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and the views are amazing!!!. It is very well-located in a gorgeous setting. The hosts were so nice and thoughtful. We were very comfortable, better than we expected. I repeat for sure!!!

We, 3 families of 10 people, had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable place. The space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway and even exceeded our expectations. Anna is a fantastic host—she was always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and walkable. Highly recommended!

The house is like in the photos, we were a group of 7 and the house was very comfortable. The only thing we had a couple of inconveniences; upon arriving at the house the fob to open the garage door did not work and we had to leave the cars on the slope of the entrance to the house. And having been on January 1st, our intention was to make food at the house because few restaurants and sites are open that day and more around the house area. But the oven was completely broken and the barbecue grill completely rusted. Either way, those who manage the house took note of what we discussed and in the case of the garage control, they fixed it the next day.

A very pleasant, incredible stay, a unique place to repeat

We ended up wanting to stay longer since we barely took advantage of the facilities! The house is very nice and with everything you need. With different outdoor areas, it's very cozy. Jesus Angel is very kind and approachable! Thank you for your attention!

A perfect place to disconnect. Poblado apart from everything, the house is very good, we have missed some accessories in the kitchen but things are not important, clarify that the pool is communal for the village, the house has private access to the pool (being the only one that has it), and the views from the pool are spectacular. We spent some quiet days enjoying the surroundings and visiting the area.

THE HOUSE IS AS ADVERTISED The house is phenomenal, nothing is missing. It is very very clean and has many improvements. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the barbecue and the communal pool, which is very nice, very clean and has incredible views of the Cantabrian landscapes. Javier, the host, took care of us very well and answered all the questions at the moment, he is very attentive and kind. We will repeat, no question.
