My stay at Nick's place was absolutely amazing! The property exceeded my expectations in every single way. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location was perfect – right in the Southampton city center, with everything at my fingertips, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Nick was superbly welcoming and incredibly responsive throughout. My communication with Nick revealed that he is incredibly detail-oriented and meticulously delivers the best guest stay experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much thought and care he puts into every aspect of the stay. Nick’s commitment to providing an exceptional experience truly stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

Everything was clean and orderly. Terry and his parents helped and informed us well. For me as an older person the second floor was a bit strenuous, but the steps were good. The balconys were nice. Terry was always helpful.

Natasha is a fantastic Host, very quick and responsive, calm and reassuring. It was a great stay at her place, great location, less than a minute walk to loads of restaurants and convenient stores. Safe packing spot on site. Would stay again. Thanks for having me.

Very cosy apartment on beautiful location. Garden was super nice with river view! It is in a city center, close to everything, resaturant, shops.... We came for a Goodwood festival and the price of accomodation was little pricey. But that was like all around a town. Zinnia was a nice host and we had good comunication with her. I definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and nicely presented. Great location with the new forest only minutes away which was ideal for us as we had our dog with us. Overall great little place to stay.

Great central location for Gunwharf Quay and Old Portsmouth near to harbour Solent, and Millenium Walk around the seafront and historic fortifications. Cafes, Pubs, and Restaurants are all a few minutes away, with Spinnaker Cafe highly recommended and virtually outside the front door. Four-storey townhouse on 4 levels and stairs took a few hours to get used to, but the layout made sense, with the main living room at the top with views across the harbour and Solent. A bonus is the rooftop terrace with views all around, including the Isle of Wight in the distance, but I suggest the extra glass of wine is probably best avoided if you want to get down the spiral staircase safely :-) All in all, it was a great stay, particularly as the weather was perfect for the duration of my stay.

We stayed here at short notice following a fire, the host was great and did all they could to help us out. The house was clean and the rooms big and airy. It was a short walk to everything in Emsworth in a quiet street. Thank you

My family and I stayed at Sailmakers during the May half term and the house could not have been any better, the location was perfect with just a very short walk to the beach; we could see the sea from the windows. The house was extremely well equipped, the kitchen had all the gadgets, ample plates and glasses, it really did exceeded our expectations; as foodies we were super excited to find tools for all tasks. The bedrooms were all beautifully laid out with fresh linen and towels and the upstairs lounge had an abundance of games and is a great space to sit in the evening to watch the sunset with a glass of something cold. The garden was well catered for with seat cushions and benches. This house was home from home and we would definitely be back again as we couldn't fault it. The host was also incredibly responsive and we would 100% recommend this property and boutique beaches to anyone looking in this area. Thank you for hosting us!! :)

Just got back from a lovely long weekend in the Witterings. The house was easy to find. It was in a good position on bus route with frequent bus timetable to get where you need. Recommendations from Jo the host were excellent. Garden was peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend and consider returning.

Lovely family home, very spacious and pretty back garden. Kitchen was very well equipped and we found everything we needed. Many thanks, would definitely recommend.

You get your own room and bathroom It matches the pictures , it is a very quiet location, rested properly while staying over with Ross I actually checked it quite late at 8:30 pm and it was totally fine for Ross, he is very responsive and helpful It is hard to rest when its not your own bed somehow this place felt like my own bed Its a bargain for the location and what you get I ve given 5 star reviews to previous places out of respect , Ross’s place is underrated So I took the time to express my sincere opinion and will be staying again

We were very happy with the venue! It met all of our expectations and suited our needs for a 1 night stay perfectly. The location is ideal with paid parking (very reasonably priced) just across the road and an array of bars and restaurants literally a minute’s walk away. The interior of this bespoke property is fantastic and was perfect for our needs. Thank you Sharon!

Great, peaceful place to stay in Portsmouth. Close to bars and restaurants, and longer walking distance to other sites in town, including the best maritime museum we have been to anywhere in the world (and we have been to many all over the world). By far the most stocked kitchen we have experienced -- and we stay in many Airbnbs worldwide. The "provided breakfast" included anything you would want to eat and more, and we were there for a week and there was enough for the entire week! There was other food also which we supplemented from a grocery store because we cook most of our own meals (the reason we stay in Airbnbs). The outdoor area is amazing and we used it when weather permitted. The outdoor bathroom is only useable in nicer weather than we had, at least for us. The only drawback was that the loft is much smaller than it seems in the pictures; the ceiling is very low and you can't stand up (and we are very small people). It might be okay for some but not usable for us.
