Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Shell Seekers – truly a perfect escape! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and with the most stunning, unobstructed sea views. The location is absolutely unbeatable – right on the beach, peaceful and private, yet still close to great places to explore. It was the ideal half term getaway. Inside, the house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. It's also dog-friendly, though the outdoor space is open, so we needed to keep a close eye on them. We loved the indoor pool, and the whole place had such a calm, welcoming atmosphere – we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Perhaps a couple of extra touches like some gym equipment or loungers on the upstairs balcony could make this already stunning home even more exceptional. The cleaning could have been to a better standard. Gemma was fantastic – so professional and friendly throughout our stay. We are looking forward to booking our next stay already.

What a spot! I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We had a lovely stay. The place is great - spacious, bright, very clean and has everything you need (and more!) Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! Lovely house right on the sea front, those views from the terrace you would never get tired of!

Fiona and Leo were lovely hosts. Communication was very fast and clear. At arrival we were shown inside - the house was spotless. Beds and linen spotless, after traveling it was some of the best sleep we have had. Garden area was at our disposal, had a lovely barbecue. Had space for parking. Overall very beautiful place. Wish services had been slightly closer, however uber works great in the area. Thanks for a good stay!

Fantastic host, highly recommend

The Coach House is a wonderful home with lots of character and charm. It was very comfortable and all the amenities made it a true home away from home. We loved the fact it was set over four floors making it feel so spacious. Fabulous that both bedrooms were on separate floors with their own bathrooms as well as a separate toilet in the basement. It felt warm, cosy and welcoming. A lovely bonus having a private courtyard outside kitchen door which thanks to lovely weather we made the most of. The location is perfect as it’s quiet and peaceful yet only a very short walk to all of the attractions. Luke and Lindsay were great hosts. Excellent communication and updates. Would highly recommend.

I organised my family get together at this house, for fam members ranging from 6mo to 89yo. We had a great time, very happy with everything. The kitchen isn’t a hang out spot (it’s small for a house of this size) but that doesn’t matter, you have everything you need, and the dining room table is huge, as pictured. Ken who met us at check in was extremely helpful, and responsive. My group walked to the Gosport submarine museum on day 2 (roughly 3 miles away?) but i gave that a skip and went to the powder monkey brewery with my partner, baby and father, which was very nice (sunny day, benches outside on the lawn). The pub across the road is also pretty decent. Overall highly recommended, for groups that need this many bedrooms but don’t want to shell out on a mansion somewhere.

Unique and amazing location. The window seat provides a 180 degree view of sea and sky across to the Isle of Wight. All very beautiful and dramatic. Clean and well looked after. Enjoyable stay for all the family.

Paula is a very responsive, friendly host. She kindly offered us fresh drinks, bread and snacks during our stay. The room was very clean, great space and wonderful garden.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. What a lovely house. Great location, lovely and quiet. Really spacious rooms that have been nicely decorated. On arrival we were welcomed with bread, milk and delicious Isle of Wight tomatoes! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Charlotte's place very much. It is very spacious and clean and within walking distance of shops, cafes and public transport. Portsmouth has lots to do and a very interesting maritime history. We hope to come back some day

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book
