Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

Very beautiful and cozy home. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. This place is also in a great location and has great access to shops nearby.

Meadow flat is a lovely base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The flat is situated in the lovely little town of Shanklin and is easy to reach by car. Leon and Jac are quick to respond to any queries and Jac was a great help with the ferry reservations. The flat is comfortable and equip with everything you could need. We would stay again!

Beautiful apartment. Great host. We stayed for the weekend and the apartment is in a great location with local shops, cafes, pub etc nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, easy to find and felt right at home. We will be back again in the future that’s for sure! Thank you for having us

Sam is a great host, really helpful and responsive. Sam’s place is super convenient for walking into town, local bus routes and main line train. Sams place is roomy, has everything you need and is very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying.

Home from home. Spotless, comfortable, everything we needed. Great touches like tea and coffee, condiments, the basic you need in a kitchen. Incredibly good communication throughout. We will book again when we come to the same event next year.

Ceri and Laura were truly fantastic hosts. They were super responsive. It is not usual to have hosts replying within 20 minutes but they really went above and beyond. Would stay with them again on the Island if we get another chance to come back.

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

Great place to stay! Just a short drive and/or walk to everything you need. There is parking available, too. Despite being in the same building as the hosts, you don’t even notice and it is much more private than the other “flat-shares” in the area as you have your own designated space! Matt is very communicative and a great host. Would stay here again definitely!

This is a great place to stay. Marie and Stephen couldn’t be more helpful. Full access to the back garden was great and we had a relaxing time watching all the wildlife. The expansive room was exactly as shown in the photos and was very comfortable. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Really fabulous accommodation for four of us, visiting Portsmouth for a wedding. We had everything we needed in Sally‘s house and we were so comfortable. Sally had thought of everything and there was everything you could possibly need in the house. Shower was lovely! Kitchen had everything we needed and the little garden was so sweet. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation more.

We were gutted we didn’t get a chance to sit in your stunning garden, so we will have to come back again, when we have more time to simply relax. It’s a gorgeous haven and we loved all of it. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

Our 2nd time staying at one of Dans properties and we will definitely be back again. Seamless from start to end, the apartment was immaculate and had such a homely feel to the place. Perfectly located for transport link, covenience stores, takeaways and close to Gunwharf Quays shopping complex. Clear check in instructions and very wasy to find. Thanks again Dan! Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

John and Lynn's place was a great place to explore Isle of Wight. The place was very clean and very well furnished with nice goodies as extras! I was worried about the place being a basement unit but the windows let in a lot of sun with them being a bit half above ground. Thank you and highly recommend!

A lovely stay and perfect weather, accommodation as described and very quiet, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and felt like home. Great for myself and Basil my dog being a short walk to the beach and shops. A couple of little hiccups with internet and TV but were sorted quickly by Emma, thank you. Thoughtful welcome package. Would be happy to stay again.
