Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Portoferraio

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located directly in the center of Capoliveri, close to all shops and restaurants. A special mention for kitchen accessories and all available amenities. Even the dishes are beautiful, which is quite rare in an Airbnb. We also appreciated having umbrellas available. It's certain that Birgit has the attention to detail and does everything to make guests feel at home.

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

You have beautiful views from the apartment! Sea views, sunsets, view of Corsica... The kitchen is well equipped. Although the landlords live right next door, you always had your privacy and they are very friendly. perfect if you want a lot of nature and tranquility and to explore the west of Elba...

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, and we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely come back

Perfect place for vacation: location, view, restaurants, sea

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Elba is a beautiful authentic Italian island where you will find everything that makes Italy so attractive. The location and the apartment were wonderful; spacious, fresh, beautiful view over the sea, in nature. The host/hostess are very nice, sweet and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would like to come back!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at Karen's place. It was easy to connect with Karen, and she met us when we arrived to let us in. The highlight of the apartment was the outdoor space -- we had the french doors open to the outside whenever we were there and loved sitting outside to enjoy the gorgeous view. The apartment is underneath Karen's house, so it does feel a little semi-subterranean, but that makes it cool, comfortable and quiet, and the AC was wonderful for sleeping. There were minimal kitchen and bathroom amenities (like condiments or cooking supplies, or shampoo or soap) but Karen was quick to offer us bottled water and beach towels -- and she also generously offered us an umbrella and lounge chairs at her restaurant/rental business at a nearby beach, which was wonderful! The location was perfect -- close to everything in Porto Azzurro -- and Porto Azzurro was the perfect place to stay on the Island!

This apartment in an old villa (built in 1937) is truly a dream! Above all, the sea view from the huge veranda and from the bedroom is beautiful! It is very quietly located in the middle of nature, a wild romantic path leads you directly from the accommodation to a small, very special stone beach with clear water, which is little visited (about 6 minutes on foot). We did not miss the missing air conditioning (in June), as the walls keep quite cool and there are shutters etc. everywhere. For vacationers who want to do a digital detox, the accommodation is particularly suitable, as there is no Wi-Fi. In terms of amenities, everything else you need is there (including a washing machine - but no dishwasher), we were even brought an extra lamp to protect against mosquitoes. Rio Marina is a sweet, small place that can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (part of the road is unpaved) - with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. We recommend the apartment all around!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Very nice apartment and well equipped, we especially liked the large veranda. The apartment is quiet and you are in the center in 10 minutes' walk, a supermarket (Conad) is right by the apartment, very convenient. We were on the island without a car and everything worked out just fine with the buses. Thank you Paola!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

La Casa di Galileo is a gem in the historic center of Capoliveri, an enchanting village. The location of the house offers a glimpse between hills and sea with fiery sunsets and being secluded offers moments of absolute tranquility. It is tastefully furnished and with a special touch of originality, it also provides all the comforts for a peaceful vacation. Ingenious use of the tablet that reports information every day to experience the house and the island carefree. Christian is a kind and welcoming person, always present to resolve any issues and to give suggestions that make the vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We had a great time and hope to be able to return. Thanks for everything.

The space is modern and clean. All rooms have mosquito screens, which we greatly appreciated. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Parking spot outside the house. You have your peace and feel comfortable with Paolo. He only speaks Italian, which was not an obstacle. In the village there is a small shop with fruits, cheese, meats and the usual items. Service very friendly. It is about a 20-minute walk to the house beach, by car 5. You can take some hikes directly from the house. Larger shops can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
