Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Portoferraio

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Ausstattung ist sehr schön mit stilvollen Möbeln, großem Bad, Küche ist klein aber alles da was man braucht mit zeitgemäßen indukionsherd u. Geräten. Wohnung ist optimal für Pärchen. Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Garten in dem wir sehr viele Zeit verbracht haben mit großen Pinien als natürlicher schattenspender. Alessandra und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub…gerne wieder.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Der persönliche Kontakt zu Giacomo war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner Lage außerhalb von Marciana Marina. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auch die Berge. An die steile, enge Straße und auch Zufahrt zum Parkplatz haben wir uns recht schnell gewöhnt. Das Haus selbst und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Tipp, außer dem beschwehrlichen Zugang direkt vom Parkplatz, gibt es noch einen 2. Zugang etwas weiter oberhalb von der Straße. Über diesen lässt sich zB. das Gepäck leichter transportieren.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Begrüssung, Gastfreundschaft, Kommunikation, Aussicht, Terrasse, Parkplatz alles perfekt! Kleinigkeiten, wie Kalk am Wasserhahn, unbequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer könnten verbessert weden. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Rio nell'Elba mit perfekter Lage für Aktivitäten wie Radfahren oder Wandern in den Bergen auf der Ostseite der Insel. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Rosa. Vielen Dank!

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft und ein kleiner Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft von Laura und waren sehr zufrieden. Von dem Balkon in der Küche konnten wir das Meer sehen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Basis für einen Urlaub auf Elba, da der Hafen für die Fähren und die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura deswegen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft und auf der Insel gut gelegen. Das Zimmer war äusserst sauber!

We had a lovely three nights at Barbara’s apartment. Poggio is a very cute village, and we are very glad we chose to stay there. The square out the front of the apartment is very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out the front with our morning coffees, being greeted by the neighbourhood cat, Miu!

My boyfriend and I stayed for five days and had a wonderful time! Nicoletta was super friendly and helpful and provided us with valuable tips and apps which helped us greatly with discovering the Island on our own. The appartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and met all our demands. The area was very quiet and green and we had a fantastic time in consequence. Would recommend staying with her to anyone!

Monolocale stupendo in una zona tranquilla con un panorama splendido! Dotato di tutti i comfort e finemente arredato. Vacanza perfetta per chi cerca relax ed ottimo punto strategico da cui partire per andare a visitare le spettacolari spiagge e calette dell’isola. Ci torneremo sicuramente! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa!

Chris ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und zeigt dies auch. Die Appartments und das Areal sind sehr durchdacht. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert. Der Naturpool ist eine Wucht, er reinigt sich per Elektrolyse (Salz). Unsere Haut hat es gleich bemerkt und sich mit Glattheit bedankt. Chris, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in deine Oase und können uns Elba ohne dich kaum noch vorstellen. Love B+S

L'appartamento di Lorena è molto carino e super organizzato. È molto attenta a gli ospiti e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e il paese. Super consigliato

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per due settimane. Maria Grazia è gentilissima e ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa da subito e rispondonendo subito quando abbiamo avuto qualche richiesta. Dal giardino la vista è fenomenale e la posizione è comoda (in 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono porto azzurro e il lido di Capoliveri, in 20 il Golfo di Lacona). In un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Capoliveri che la sera è sempre piacevolmente animato. Raccomandatissimo!

Piccolo appartamento situato nel centro della città, con vista mare. La casa è posizionata perfettamente ,a circa 700 metri possiamo trovare un parcheggio gratuito e ovviamente tutti i servizi. Karen è stata super gentile.

L'alloggio di Paola era davvero carino, molto ampio, spazioso e luminoso. La cucina è grande e c'è tutto quello che serve per poter fare colazione, pranzo e cena. Anche il bagno è dotato di tutti i comfort, inclusa una lavatrice, phon e detersivi. Inoltre, la stanza dal letto è molto grande ed il letto è davvero molto comodo. Non ho assolutamente nulla da ridire su questo alloggio e ci tornerò sicuramente nei miei prossimi soggiorni. Ho personalmente incontrato i proprietari e sono stati davvero gentilissimi educati e anche simpatici ;) l’ alloggio include un comodo parcheggio interno, davvero utilissimo. Davvero nulla da dire, consigliato al 100%! Torneremo sicuramente qui nel nostro prossimo viaggio all’Elba ☀️

Our stay in Marcella's home was even better then we expected it to be! Our first time to Elba and Capoliveri was made all the easier in having such a comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay only a couple minutes walk from the absolutely charming downtown with all of its shops and resteraunts and a short drive from some beautiful beaches. the view from the balcony is really breathtaking and every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine as the setting sun cast beautiful colour's onto the mountains and sea. this place truly feels like what Airbnb was like many many years ago when I first started using it, you really feel like you are in someone's home that they love rather then some cheaply cobbled together place. truly a great stay all around!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

La Casa di Galileo è un gioiellino nel centro storico di Capoliveri, borgo incantevole. La posizione della casa offre uno scorcio tra colline e mare con infuocati tramonti ed essendo appartata regala momenti di assoluta tranquillità. È arredata con gusto e con un particolare tocco di originalità, inoltre fornisce tutti i confort per una vacanza serena. Ingegnoso l'uso del tablet che riporta ogni giorno le informazioni per vivere spensieratamente la casa e l'isola. Christian è una persona gentile e accogliente, sempre presente per risolvere eventuali problemi e per dare suggerimenti che rendono la vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Siamo stati molto bene e nutriamo la speranza di poterci ritornare. Grazie per tutto.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
