Family-friendly holiday rentals in Porto Sant'Elpidio

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Ottima accoglienza, Marzia presente per ogni necessità. Sistemazione piacevole in un contesto rilassante. Piscina e zona solarium curati e ben tenuti.

Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari gentilissimi e amichevoli, ci hanno accolto calorosamente. L’alloggio magnifico, ricco e pulito, una villa bellissima nell’entroterra marchigiano, ottimo per vacanze tra amici o in famiglia. Consigliatissimo

Ev ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şeye sahipti. Denize 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Yüksek konumu sayesinde geceleri daha serindi. Manzarası ve terası çok güzeldi. Bu bölgeye yapacağımız bir sonraki seyahatimizde kesinlikle bir daha tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Das Casale di Laura ist mit Abstand das bestausgestatteste Airbnb was wir je hatten- und glaubt mir, wir reisen sehr viel! Es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, von Ohrenstäbchen, bis Zahnpasta, Shampoo, Waschmittel, Bademantel, Geschirrtabs, Öl, Begrüßungskuchen, Wasser, Wein, etc...ich könnte noch so vieles aufzählen - es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht! Das Haus/Anwesen ist mit so viel Liebe ausgestattet und angelegt, man kann es gar nicht detailliert beschreiben. Wir hatten zu dritt mit Hund einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub🩷 Morgens auf der Gassirunde zum Cappuccino und Cornetto in die bar, in der Umgebung sind so viele kleine und auch größere Orte die man erkunden kann, viele Restaurants - sei es in den Bergen oder doch lieber am Meer oder einfach nur am Pool liegen oder die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse genießen...🥰 Wir können das Anwesen, die Gegend und vor allem die Gastfreundschaft von Laura&Fam. nur von Herzen empfehlen...👌🏾danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub⛱

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Wir waren drei Tage da - Marco war supernett und wohnt direkt nebenan und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Schönster Blick von der Terrasse in die Marken - Straße kaum befahren - Ausstattung für 3 Tage ausreichend - sehr süße Katze die die Kinder geliebt haben!

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Ein Juwel von einem Haus, tolle Architektur, viel Charme, viel Raum und ein sehr guter Groove - hier könnte man auch dauerhaft leben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften.

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Cristina e la sua famiglia son stati molto accoglienti e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sereni e coccolati. La loro villa è stupenda. Host consigliato !

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, con terrazza con vista impagabile! Nella casa colonica ristrutturata sono presenti altri appartamenti ed anche i familiari abitano lì, tutti davvero molto ospitali. Bellissima e molto curata tutta la struttura con tante piante e fiori, spazio giochi per i bambini, gatti, coniglietti, giardino con uliveto.. zona comoda a 2 minuti di macchina dal paese, spiagge e sentieri. Con i bambini piccoli l’uso della macchina è imprescindibile.

Ottima esperienza nell'appartamento di Patrizia! L'intera struttura è tenuta molto bene, l'appartamento molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario. Comodissime le bici fornite per girare tutta la zona sulla bellissima pista ciclabile lungomare. La possibilità di usufruire del posto in spiaggia (ombrellone e lettini) è un plus che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Scelta ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni. Assolutamente consigliato!

This is a great place to stay in a fairly rural area, but we'll developed. The pool at the property is excellently maintained. The roads to the property are steep, but the climb is rewarded with a view of the mountains in the distance. The apartment was very clean and the bed was good. The only thing that I missed were some more cooking utensils. There was a coffee maker and a pot.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

The view is the best part of the really sweet airbnb! Pardo and his family were warm and welcoming to my family of 4! You can’t go wrong staying here on any front!

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di due notti, arrivando venerdì sera tardi. Non abbiamo avuto problema né a trovare il luogo né ad effettuare il check in. Purtroppo però la mattina successiva siamo dovuti ripartire. Ma Roberta è Riccardo sono stati gentilissimi e capendo la situazione hanno modificato la nostra prenotazione per permetterci di avere un rimborso per la notte non usufruita. Abbiamo decisamente apprezzato il gesto. La location si trova in un luogo spettacolare, molto curato e vicino al mare. Peccato non aver potuto godere di più di questo posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente se saremo nuovamente di passaggio non esiteremo a ricontattarli.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia
