A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus was very tasty! Thanks, and see you soon

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

It was incredible to be in a historic building and be able to admire the panorama of the Fermane hills. Chiara and her husband are helpful and welcoming people, they made us find an amazing homemade cake.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

What can I say, everything was perfect, location, hospitality and availability. We will definitely come back and 🤗 recommend it!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to go up another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't get to enjoy the view, but you do get a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent, and lent us his bicycles, which were very useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area. We have reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, you could reach the main street in two minutes, which was lively and had many bars We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. Both excellent! The house is a stone's throw from the center and the sea. It is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. Comfortable environment, like feeling at home! Thank you Lorena for making our holiday special!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great care and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is comfortable, bright, with a beautiful garden. Very comfortable area to the sea and all services. Highly recommended. Sabina was very kind to welcome us in person and grant us the possibility of entering the apartment in the morning and freeing it in the afternoon. I traveled alone with my 7 year old and we had a great time.

Judith and Piero welcomed us very warmly, we immediately felt very welcome. The view from the terrace offers magnificent views over valleys and hills to the snowy mountains. There was even a bottle of welcome wine and a fruit basket ready, very pleasant after a long journey. The apartment was fully equipped, we could easily take care of ourselves in the kitchen. We liked to notice Judith's restaurant tips and loved it. Overall a completely successful stay for which we are very grateful to Judith and Piero.
