Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb, Gardano is a incredibly nice and extremely responsive host. I would recommend this Villa to anybody - full 5/5 starts on every axis

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

Impeccable stay from every point of view, in a studio equipped to the right point, located in a quiet and sheltered area of Civitanova, close to the supermarket and city center, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Clean house and full of everything you need, and Giorgio is a very kind and super welcoming host. We will definitely come back to stay here for the next holidays!

Domenico's place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We didn't miss anything, the amenities were fabulous, and the pool is super nicely laid out. For us as a family with baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together by the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

Great location, very helpful and kind host. The very large balcony offers an ideal space for a vacation home, also compensating for the slightly reduced spaces of the house. The house is 10 minutes from the sea and in a strategic location to reach nearby seaside resorts.

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little vacation special!! Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

This apartment is great, perfect I’d say. We stayed as two adults and a young kid and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious with spacious bedrooms. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with plenty to look at and nice and quiet. We had a hire car and drove up and down the coast and we’re so grateful to come back each night or have a relaxing pool day. You can’t really walk anywhere from here so a car is recommended. Most of all though, Elisabetta and her family were so welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. If this place is available, book it!

We recommend this accommodation to everyone: the friendliness of Nausicaa and the impeccable house in an enchanting and very quiet location made our stay very pleasant. We will carry this short vacation in our hearts and hope to be able to return

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo's restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the huge windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A cute and well-kept garden. Strategic location just a stone's throw from all services and the historic center. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Beautiful location, you can see how much effort has stopped in the Agriturismo, so it looks really beautiful! Paul and Wendy are super hospitable and know everything about the area. Recommended!

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend staying at Alessia's because the house is really worth it. There were 6 of us, with two children, and I would say that we had a great time. The terrace is spacious as are the rooms and bathrooms. All renovated and with quality furniture, which is not at all obvious. Sandra's husband welcomed us, very kind and nice, who answered all our questions with a smile. The area is quiet and the sea can be easily reached on foot. Within 500 meters, there are bars, a pub where we ate very well, and a pharmacy, which is always useful! A well-stocked supermarket is 2 minutes away by car, and for those who want the sandy beach, you can reach the Lido di Fermo in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
