The house is very beautiful, with several leisure areas. From the first contact, the owner was extremely quick to respond and always very attentive.

My stay was simply alohomora for the heart! As soon as I entered, I felt transported straight into the magical world – as if I had boarded the Hogwarts Express! The cleaning here is Ministry of Magic level ✨ Not even McGonagall's room is so tidy! Every detail was clearly made with great affection - it seemed that Professor Sprout herself helped with the decoration, with the warmth and soul of Hufflepuff! 💛 The hostess is a real gift from Hagrid! Attentive, kind and with a touch of magic that makes all the difference. She's probably from the Hufflepuff house, because her heart is huge! 🌟 I recommend it with my eyes closed (or blindfolded, as in a game of Quidditch with fog). If you are looking for a magical, fun and loving experience, this is the place. I already want to go back with my cape, wand and, who knows, a chocolate frog in my backpack! 🪄🍬 ⚡️ Rating: 11/10, because this place is more than magical – it's enchantingly perfect! Well equipped flat on a modern condo

This airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it is interesting that you already make a good purchase! Everything else is perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. I'm grateful that my stay was wonderful and here I leave my recommendation and dare to say that it was the best Airbnb I've had the opportunity to stay at. I wish you all the best. Sandy

My stay was great! The apartment corresponds exactly to the advertisement, being very spacious and clean. Communication with the host was always quick and effective, and check-in was smooth and flexible. The building is close to Santa Casa, and it is possible to walk there. In the vicinity, there is a pharmacy, bakery and several shops. I highly recommend booking the space!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, the space has everything you need for an excellent stay, I will definitely return. Congratulations to the owner!
