It went well with hosting. The flat is impeccable, everything is very well taken care of - excellent, the service is also excellent, the check-in at the LIV condominium is very practical, as well as the check-out, we just had to hand over the keys at the entrance. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, there is a cafeteria, in fact, the condominium is also excellent. I highly recommend it, even though I went with fewer guests due to the rains and road problems, the stay in the FLAT was impeccable. I will be back soon, I am already planning the return. Oh, and congratulations to the Lemmon Homes Administrator, I registered here and I will recommend it to my colleagues.

Sandro was very kind and helpful, with the recommendations for the stay, and very careful in every detail, so that our period in Poa was an incredible experience! Impeccable, comfortable, clean and very organized apartment. One of the most incredible views of the city, a true postcard of Porto Alegre. The place also has many convenience and leisure areas, as well as a bistro with a great menu! All this, in the company of our pet, who can enjoy the ride too! We will recommend and return, for sure!

The loft is excellent and matches the photos. The only issue was a problem I had at the entrance, as I arrived at the shift change and the staff could not find my documentation, but Filipe was super helpful in resending it to them and solved the problem in less than two minutes. The building workers are also very polite and helpful, giving the necessary information about the place and the surroundings.
