Carmelo & Claudia thought of everything! Their house is a home just waiting for you. So comfortable, extremely well stocked, cleaner than a 5-star hotel! My kids loved the games, ping pong, but especially exploring the yard for frogs and lizards and turtles. We were all amazed at how quiet it was too! We are already planning a longer trip back to Savannah and hands-down we would stay here! Thank you Carmelo and Claudia for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed in the Queens Grant neighborhood for the past few Memorial Days and never been disappointed. Patricia’s place was as described! One of the more spacious units we’ve stayed in with a very comfortable living area. Access to the beach on the shuttle is a great option. The full size beds could use updating but our kids didn’t complain :) Thanks for a great stay!

My family of four visited for spring break. It was just outside of Savannah and convenient for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Beautiful view and house. Super clean house with pretty interior design. Can accommodate a lot of people comfortably. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and easy travel between Savannah and Tybee Island. Has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. A top choice for my family. We will be back when going to this region. Julie's cottage was peaceful and comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there. (Adults & teens) We had everything available to prepare our meals including a grill. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of app options on the TV, and puzzles and games for when it rains. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting in the future.

Will definitely be back! Short walk to the beach and pool. We took our 2 children that are both under the age of 2 and it was perfect for kids! Awesome kid pool and playground. Great stay!

I was impressed with all of the little thoughtful things that the place had. Like extension cord bedside, plenty of hooks for towels in bedrooms and bathroom, etc, mirror in bedroom and other things. The restaurant recommendations were really helpful as was the thorough info to find the condo. Location was perfect!!! Quiet and peaceful, small but mighty condo. Completely renovated and super super clean. I will stay again for sure.

This place suited ALL our purposes: within ten minutes of our targeted locations, places to eat and services close, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, sufficient quality linens and paper products, and a super responsive host! Kitchen had sufficient quality items (nice mugs! sharp knives!) and was spotless. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The published description was EXACTLY what we experienced. The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

Perfect home base for our family of three, mainly for birding at Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge, but we also did a day trip to Savannah and had a nice lunch in Darien. Place was easy to find and had everything we needed to do our own cooking.

We loved our stay at Marsh Tide cottage, perfect Sapelo getaway, quiet, tidal, avian, surrounded by marsh magic. Kayak access/use a bonus! The space is also super accommodating/welcoming for families. Thank you Linda Michelle for your hospitality and making logistics easeful to navigate.

Absolutely amazing host. So accommodating, helpful, and kind. The house was comfortable, had perfect natural lighting and views, and a perfect location to get to anything and everything on the island. Will be returning again in the future.
