Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. Welcome to my bungalow! I spent a lot of time working on this place so I hope you guys LOVE it :) Close to Hueneme pier and Oxnard shores, many restaurants nearby! I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.
