Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well maintained, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and new. The kitchen has all modern and functional equipment. Bed linens of excellent quality. Comfortable mattresses, as well as pillows. The building is modern, has a 24-hour gym, a swimming pool and a beautiful view from the rooftop. Excellent location, close to the market, beaches, etc. Paolo is very kind, polite and timely. We booked the stay for a brief visit to Maceió. The flat and the building are very new. The building is not yet fully occupied, apart from the period we chose for “low season”, which provided a lot of comfort in relation to the use of the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Mirela's flat is very well equipped, everything works well, comfortable bed... we felt very well assisted. Mirela even gave excellent tips for healthy food restaurants since my husband had some dietary restrictions. The building is well located, facing the beach and is right at the end of Pajuçara, it is not such a busy part yet, but there are already good restaurants and developments emerging next door. It was a few very well spent days and I can easily recommend Mirela's place. The rooftop view is a highlight! It is an Airbnb with a hotel structure and experience, and when the rooftop restaurant is ready, you probably won't want to leave.

Great location, 5-minute walk from the beautiful Ponta Verde beach, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, shops. The apartment is just like the photos, super new, with several useful utensils, a new gym and a pool with a wonderful view of the beach. We had a very comfortable stay, I want to come back soon.

Karinas place is not only exactly as in the pictures, beautifully remodeled duplex with plenty of space for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children), its also super well located, everything like pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and Maceio's gorgeous ocean promenade is in a 10 minute walk radius. We came in at almost midnight and had no problem thanks to the friendly concierge who was already expecting us. The parking spot inside the property requires a little maneuvering for bigger cars (we drive a Jeep Commander for reference) but is manageable. Overall fantastic 5 Star experience, highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, very new and comfortable. Amazing facilities and pools. We went with a baby and it was the best choice, as we had the privacy of having a separate room, so while he was sleeping in the room, we could do other things in the living room and kitchen. Accommodation with excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots of Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail. Finally, a comfortable place to stay in Maceió.

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.
