Karinas place is not only exactly as in the pictures, beautifully remodeled duplex with plenty of space for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children), its also super well located, everything like pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and Maceio's gorgeous ocean promenade is in a 10 minute walk radius. We came in at almost midnight and had no problem thanks to the friendly concierge who was already expecting us. The parking spot inside the property requires a little maneuvering for bigger cars (we drive a Jeep Commander for reference) but is manageable. Overall fantastic 5 Star experience, highly recommended.

We booked the stay for a brief visit to Maceió. The flat and the building are very new. The building is not yet fully occupied, apart from the period we chose for “low season”, which provided a lot of comfort in relation to the use of the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Mirela's flat is very well equipped, everything works well, comfortable bed... we felt very well assisted. Mirela even gave excellent tips for healthy food restaurants since my husband had some dietary restrictions. The building is well located, facing the beach and is right at the end of Pajuçara, it is not such a busy part yet, but there are already good restaurants and developments emerging next door. It was a few very well spent days and I can easily recommend Mirela's place. The rooftop view is a highlight! It is an Airbnb with a hotel structure and experience, and when the rooftop restaurant is ready, you probably won't want to leave.

Wonderful stay, clean, cozy place, I felt at home, close to everything, safe to walk, close to bakery, square, pharmacy, waterfront and restaurants.

It was an incredible carnival, certainly one of the best airbnbs I ever stayed in Maceió , without a doubt we will be back ! They were great and flexible with my time of arrival , quick and always available responses for what we need. The perfect full apartment of everything and an impeccable cleaning! Perfect location with a market in the door of the apartment and in an ideal location to go to the beach without needing a car or Uber.

The apartment is beautiful, very new and comfortable. Amazing facilities and pools. We went with a baby and it was the best choice, as we had the privacy of having a separate room, so while he was sleeping in the room, we could do other things in the living room and kitchen. Accommodation with excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots of Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail.
