Apartment holiday rentals in Ponta Verde

We stayed almost a month in the apartment and the experience was excellent! The location is great, with market, pharmacy, beach and craft fair all close by, which made everyday life much easier. The apartment perfectly met our needs — we were three people and it was very comfortable. The staff of the building were always very attentive, and the owner was always available to assist us promptly whenever necessary. The only point of attention is the air conditioning, which can be a bit noisy for those who have more sensitivity to sound. All in all, everything is great! I recommend the stay.

We love the apartment and the perfect location is. Dava to do everything by walking and we do not use the car at any time. The apartment is exactly as advertised.

Ed. Côte D'Azur is very well located in a prime area of Maceió. Apartment 114 is spacious and superbly decorated. It has almost everything you need (I just missed an Air Fryer). Paula Mauro is a great host and communication with her is easy and fast. I stayed there for 2 months and I have nothing to complain about. Perfect stay, and I intend to return very soon.

Great place, all very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei always friendly and took away all the doubts we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the Shopping Park, it depends on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you find stalls and the sea is great for bathing if you don't want to move the sea bath in front of the apartment is quiet too. Condominium safe, calm, no noises, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend!

It was all right at the place. From the facility on arrival, location safely and the best thing, location. All nearby, supermarket, beach, pharmacy, all easy access without needing to take a car. Whoever is will not regret it, the apt has everything the person needs to stay for long periods, with all kitchen utensils, clean beds, air-conditioning in all rooms, tv with open channels and a balcony to dry clothes. Mr. Carlos is very good people, and he paid us full attention, from the beginning of the stay until the time to leave. I recommend it to everyone at Air Bnb.

Our stay in Maceió wouldn't have been so good if we had stayed elsewhere. The hosts were wonderful from the first contact, via messages, at all times very helpful, they were very flexible with check-in and checkout. The space is wonderful, exactly as it is in the photos, everything very clean and organized, besides being very cozy, it brought me a very pleasant affective memory, because the place reminds a lot of grandmother's house, even had bonbons that they left as a gift for us, want cuteness greater than that!? Same grandparent thing. The condominium is well located, has everything close by, pharmacy, restaurant, market, waterfront, everything is a few blocks away. They are so careful that even a "menu" with suggestions of what to do and where to eat is on-site. I and my friends are delighted when I return to Maceió if their space is available, I will certainly be staying with them. a strong embrace of dear Arthur and Vivien.
