Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful place! The view is perfect! Ideal for the whole family and friends. We've been super well taken care of! David always responded very quickly. The place can be more beautiful in person than in photos! A unique experience!

What a great house. Unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. 3 separate floors of amazing views of the beach and city. Some nice local spots near by, i really liked the food place across the street. Pool was great. Loved loved luna, i think everyone will even if you dont like cats. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Excellent location, the house was great for 6 people. Close to bakeries, markets and restaurants. Very nice stay, I recommend it Larissa was helpful and attentive.

We love the stay! The house is great, with clean, smelling bedding, plus a perfect view and location. The host was very kind and attentive, and the condo clerk welcomed us very well, explained all the details and still gifted us with entrance courtesies. I highly recommend!

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a small maintenance in the building, of which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Very good accommodation. Everything as described. Facing the beach. Large garage. Great restaurants nearby. Good mattress and pillows. The air conditioning cools well. Cable TV. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, very cozy space in a privileged location! Direct access to the beach allows you more freedom to stay! I recommend it without fear of making mistakes!

Very receptive place, from the beginning with the owner and the building staff, who are very helpful. I recommend the stay for couples and families. Impeccably clean apartment. Clean and fragrant towels and sheets. The entry TAG is provided in card format, which makes it easy to store when we leave. And when we returned, the maids had already cleaned the apartment. The treatment was incredible.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy
