Located in Saint Paulet de Caisson, walking distance to the boulangerie, a 5 min drive to Pont Saint Esprit, Valbonne forest or 10 min to Saint Martin d'Ardeche. Property is fenced and with AC in each room. There is no "vis-a-vis" by the 8x3,5m pool. There are 2 rooms - one with double bed and one with 2 singe beds (bigger room), living room with sofa bed that opens to a big kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher.
