Holiday rentals with a patio in Occitanie

Tastefully arranged and very well equipped, clean and cozy. I had some difficulties on arrival to find the address due to rainy weather and work on the nearby bridge. On the other hand, no problem parking. Communication with my host was perfect. Would definitely stay again again for a future stay.

An apartment that smells clean, something I really enjoyed. They were attentive, available and accommodating. I would like to take this opportunity to mention that there is a bar a few hundred meters away. I only spent one night from Thursday to Friday, and there was noise. Apart from that, it was good.

I recommend this nice little cozy nest. Ideal location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The accommodation is very nice and well furnished. To be repeated!

I had a wonderful stay at Julie and Juliens place. The communication went really well, Julie made sure I had arrived safely, which I appreciated. She provided the info I needed and I felt very welcome. The studio was exactly as described in pictures and words. It is close to the old Bridge and right under the medieval city. I recommend staying here.

Second stay at Laurence's and still satisfied. She is very friendly and available. The studio is very functional and tastefully decorated. And the terrace is really a plus and it is well furnished. The outside is also nice. I would recommend it in a second.

Perfect place. I was a little scared when I arrived, thinking I would hear the neighbors, etc., but once in the accommodation, no annoying noise. Clear and precise instructions, parking nearby. No complaints, I highly recommend it!

The accommodation with whirlpool is very cozy and very clean. We felt absolutely comfortable. We found the whirlpool particularly pleasant after cycling. Coralie is a very friendly hostess.

Visiting for an EVJF between girls, we had a wonderful stay in this house in paradise. The accommodation is as described and faithful to the photos, a cocoon in a green setting, peaceful and quiet, perfect for a Provencal break. I thank Florence for the flexibility of schedules and the smooth and easy communication. Would definitely stay again in this beautiful place!

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. Beautiful backdrop to a wonderful house in the countryside!

We spent 2 nights at Marc's, everything was perfect: very well-equipped, comfortable... and Marc made himself very available to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A little extra: the sunny terrace to enjoy breakfast in the open air or the barbecue in the evening.

An absolutely idyllic stay. The decoration is beautiful and thought out with taste and attention. The exterior with the jacuzzi and a beautiful terrace with a view of the mountains allow you to fully enjoy this beautiful place. We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

Stayed at Bin’s place with my wife to celebrate her birthday. And it was amazing! We would like to highlight that Bin is a very caring, supportive, and attentive host. His professionalism is evident in everything, from the way he organizes the space to how he makes guests feel comfortable. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, appliances, and amenities to make you feel at home, even in a secluded mountain location. Bin also provided numerous hiking routes and was a wonderful conversationalist. By the way, if he offers you to buy some French bread along the way, go for it—it was incredible!

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

We spent a week at the end of May in the house. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a tree-lined garden (no opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

Very nice accommodation, clean and functional, peaceful and very well located for hiking on the coast with village and its shops, as well as the bus nearby. Very nice and shaded terrace for breakfasts and evening meals and with a beautiful view of the port and the sea, very nice for sunrises. Responsive and very discreet host.

Small cozy cocoon, small but very well thought out. Very functional, well-equipped. We spent a week there for 2, it's perfect. May be a little small for 4. The accommodation is close to all shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach. Our host was very responsive and very understanding, he acceded to our requests. We'll keep this address handy if we return to Argelès sur mer.

Excellent stay at Rudy and Vanessa's. The accommodation is perfectly located, very clean and very well equipped. Quiet with all amenities within walking and cycling distance... beach, shops, several activities nearby. Communication was impeccable with Vanessa who is caring with her guests and gives good advice.
