Our house at the foot of the Modenese Apennines is inside an old village, former paternal residence from which it is named "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is built on 2 levels with a size of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a habitable kitchen. Climbing the stairs we find a double room with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom, plus terrace with views on both sides of the Apennines.

Renovated ancient barn that is part of a 17th-century house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mezzanine bedroom, with a parking space in a closed courtyard. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

La Cà nova is a village in the Apennines that has remained unchanged for centuries. A place where traffic does not reach, children can play freely and where you can still drink water from the spring. The house has been restored trying to maintain its originality. The floors and ceilings are made of oak planks of the time. The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
