Holiday rentals with beach access in Pomonte

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage bei Wilma in ihrem Apartment verbracht. Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse, einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen, bequeme Betten. Ausstattung mit italienischem Charme. Das wichtigste kann in einem kleinen Minimarkt in nahegelegenem Campingplatz eingekauft werden z. B. frische Brötchen. Sehr schöner nahe gelegener Strand mit Tauchschule, E-bike Verleih usw. 2 schöne Fußwege nach Capoliverie. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie Wilma, Giovanni & Milly

Eine tolle Wohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Robert ist ein wunderbarer, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen! Ganz herzlichen Dank Robert!

Wir wurden von Stefania und Luigi sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist groß und der Ausblick ein Traum. Jeden Abend haben wir den tollen Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse oder am Strand genossen. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist in Nisportino genau richtig. Den Weg zum Strand kann man als „steil“ bezeichnen, war für uns aber kein Problem. Kleiner Hinweis: In Nisportino gibt es keinen Supermarkt, Bäcker o. ä. Für uns auch kein Problem: wir haben die Einkäufe mit unseren Ausflügen verbunden.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mauro war einfach toll! Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Das Appartement hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Es gibt viele liebevolle Details. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Bar nebenan hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, ein Ort, der sehr beliebt zu sein scheint. Es war perfekt, da es vormittags sehr ruhig war und abends lebendig und bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu laut war. Mauro war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten längeren Aufenthalt! Danke, Mauro!

Un’incantevole posizione, unica nella sua esclusività. rigenerante per la mente Spazi generosi anche per 4 persone con una terrazza che vale l’intero soggiorno!!! Spero di tornare presto a trovare Paola, persona squisita e disponibile

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

Ett fantastiskt boende med magisk utsikt över Porto Azzurro. Uteplatsen gör detta boende helt unikt. Lite ansträngande att ta sig till boendet som vissa andra innan skrivit men vi kan garantera att det verkligen är värt det. Vi gissar att ni som funderar på att besöka detta boende är på semester och då har man dessutom ingen brådska. Karen som värd är 10/10. Allt från rekommendationer till att ställa upp med hjälp. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hennes strandbar Wind & Snack med god mat, magisk strand och möjlighet till windsurfing och SUP.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr großzügigen und sauberen Haus. Die kleine eher wenig besuchte Bucht ist direkt hinter der Unterkunft. Hier sollte man aber unbedingt an Schmimmschuhe denken, da sowohl am Strand als auch im Wasser große Kieselsteine vorhanden sind. Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereitser Geasgeber gewesen und war jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Fede und Rosy sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sympathisch. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön, und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und wirkt wie aus einem Bilderbuch – ruhig, idyllisch und total romantisch. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

Ein super Haus samt toller Lage um eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie auf Elba zu verbringen.Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch in 5min mit dem Rad. Städte wie Portoferraio oder Porto Azzuro sind alle in ca.15min. mit Auto zu erreichen. Zur Ausstattung des Hauses gehören sogar Räder mit Kindersitzen und ein Grill. Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit den 2 Bädern auch perfekt aufgeteilt. Alles ist auch sehr gepflegt und wirkt alles super neu. Wie gesagt, alles perfekt.

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno indimenticabile a Capoliveri e non possiamo che dire: tutto perfetto! La casa vacanze è stata una vera meraviglia, curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e sentirsi subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianfrancesco e Alessandra, due padroni di casa fantastici: gentili, disponibili e super accoglienti. Ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti dal primo istante e sono stati sempre attenti e presenti con discrezione. È raro incontrare persone così genuine e calorose! La posizione della casa è ottima: tranquilla, immersa nella bellezza dell’Elba ma comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Capoliveri e le spiagge più belle della zona. Una vera oasi di pace! Se cercate una casa vacanze sull’Isola d’Elba che unisca qualità, tranquillità e ospitalità autentica, questo è il posto giusto. Case come questa si trovano solo da loro. Torneremo presto, ci manca già questa splendida isola.🙏🏻

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

Laura’s flat was lovely - beautifully clean and well furnished but full of Italian character. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower was great! The flat is overlooking the main street and very close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the station. This was perfect as it meant we didn't need to hire a car and we made several trips by train, to Pisa, Florence and Cecina, a nearby town which has a beautiful pine forest and quiet beach. Laura met us in person and was really friendly. I didn't want to come home!

Blown away, we will be back many times

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.
