I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Very beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with two separate bedrooms and a living-room plus a large terrace. Really nice hosts who live in the ground floor. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

The place was very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. A good location and quiet. Mauro welcomed us personally and showed us the place. He was easily accessible and responded quickly. In addition, Mauro was helpful and very friendly. The property was fenced, but with small dogs you have to put something in front of the gate so that they don't run away. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend the accommodation.

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

We have now been to this wonderful accommodation for the second time - and again absolutely thrilled! It almost feels like a second home now. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the small details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care has gone into everything here. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared – fresh bed linen, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet, but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back - and are already looking forward to the next time. A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

This accommodation has everything you need, the hosts are very courteous and also respond to requests. For example, the pool temperature and the time when the pool is illuminated. The value for money is really GREAT!! Cleanliness and quality of furniture, household items, etc. are also simply amazing! We can definitely recommend it.

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

Super nice location, amazing pool, nice people and a very clean apartment

We had a fantastic holiday. Robert and his wife were so friendly and helpful. Always quick to reply. They booked restaurants and taxis for us. Gave us fresh peaches from their tree. Suggested things to do. The pool is so clean, as is the apartment. There are Good restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket and pharmacy just around the corner. Robert is really a super host and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely lovely villa! Bedrooms are spacious , there is plenty room for all your belongings (and more) ! Garden is beautifully maintained and being able to sit outside on either side of the house (think morning/evening sun) we really enjoyed during our one week stay. Pool is a great plus too ! Proximity of local shop, restaurant(s) is nice and area around Ližnjan is wonderful to explore and many things to see other than great seaside! Josipa and Damir offered help in every way so we really felt welcome and comfortable!

Renata and Renato are two very nice and courteous people. Thanks for a great time, even though the weather wasn't always the best. Despite the weather, you managed to give us a vacation feeling and relaxation with your hospitality (delicious cake and wine). We hope to see Buddy again next time. Gordana was a very nice and great hostess :) I can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost directly on the marina, a 15-20 minute walk to beautiful beaches, by car or bike you can be there in a few minutes. Even my dog felt comfortable ;) Thanks for the nice days - and the homemade jam was delicious too. Gladly come back and highly recommended! :)

The view was a dream, the apartment was clean and we felt very comfortable right away! Everything we needed was there - a small couch would be perfect ;-) The field with the olive grove was also perfect for a little evening stroll. The area is basically more touristy, which can sometimes get louder - but that didn't bother us. The beach and the walking paths in the area were also perfect for us with the dogs. Marina and her family were very nice and friendly. All in all a wonderful time - we will be happy to come back :-)

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. The fenced garden, where our dog could move freely, was particularly beautiful. The whirlpool was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Stanko's apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, quietly located and in a pleasant residential area. The balcony has a great view of the water.
