We enjoyed Simon's place very much: A really very nice, sparkling clean apartment with very nice furnishings. In the kitchen there was everything you needed - and even beyond (e.g. a blender, microwave, etc.). Everything is very new and we felt very comfortable! The apartment is located in a quiet area of Premantura, the photos correspond to reality as far as the view of the sea is concerned. Walking, you are at the sea for swimming in 5 minutes - really nice! The contact with Simon went great - he responded to inquiries in the shortest possible time, which was very pleasant, as we wanted to book very short notice. Conclusion: The place is great, Simon is a great host - thanks for everything!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place for the location, cleanliness, super equipped and there is even a dishwasher, washer and dryer.. exceptional owners, sunny, very nice and always available. If you want to visit Pula, do not look elsewhere because in this apartment you will find everything you need.. comfort, tranquility, serenity and an enchanting view. 💯

The apartment was lovely, so clean and everything you could possibly want. It has a little balcony with 2 loungers and a table and 4 chairs. It’s about a 30min walk outside of Pula but the views of the marina were worth being on the outskirts and the beaches are close by. A little supermarket is a 5 min walk. Sanja was very responsive to any questions and recommended lots of places to eat. She speaks really good English. Sanja recommended Bolt taxi which was really great and reasonable, but the driver took us to the back of the apartment. So just make sure it’s the correct road. We couldn’t find the apartment as the number wasn’t shared and there are 4 in the block, however neighbour was really helpful. It was quiet so the restaurants weren’t very busy.

Very nice apartment and well equipped. We felt very comfortable, especially on the terrace. Everything was clean and designed with love. Only the bathroom and shower were quite narrow, which was okay for me personally, just for info, in case anyone is claustrophobic. The hosts were very friendly and responded very quickly to messages and questions. Always easily accessible :) From the location: 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to a small shop and bakery, 10 min drive from Pula Overall, we enjoyed it very much :)

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

The place was very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. A good location and quiet. Mauro welcomed us personally and showed us the place. He was easily accessible and responded quickly. In addition, Mauro was helpful and very friendly. The property was fenced, but with small dogs you have to put something in front of the gate so that they don't run away. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend the accommodation.

The owner lives in the back of the property. Very discreet and very friendly and helpful. The garden to the sea is a blast, starting the day there in the sun with breakfast is simply priceless.

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the place is clean, very well located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a super nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend and would like to stay there again. The only two “buts” we found was 1) check out time is very early and 2) one as a guest has to take out the trash and go throw it in one of the containers at the end of their stay? I had never really read anything like that on an airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, carriolas and suitcases, if it was heavy also carrying the garbage and dividing us to go for the containers. We were super in a hurry to get out on time and also stressed about garbage😅. Outside of that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us crib.

Sandro's house made our stay more beautiful and memorable. We also enjoyed cooking there when needed. Sandro was also very helpful. He replied whenever I needed him. The location is close to the bus station and some very good restaurants. It was really a great stay.

We had a wonderful time! Sabrina was always responsive and communicative and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was the perfect place to stay and walk to enjoy the many beautiful beaches and relax.

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

First of all: Alba! She made this stay something special! She was always friendly, interested in the life and plans of her guests and gave us great tips for the area! We were also lucky to meet Goran. He also gave us great tips for the area and was always friendly. The apartment is not very big but adequate. The pool is extremely well maintained and the terrace is super clean. A plus point is the washing machine in the room, which we - thanks to Alba, who supplied me with detergent - could also use 😉 The bathroom is also small, but really totally sufficient. The bed is comfortable. The dining area is also very well maintained and can be used by all guests. In particular, a grill is also available there. Pula is easy to reach by bus and on foot, and the nearest beach is not far away. An insider tip is a hike to Galebove Stijene. Great beach with a great path right on the shore! See you soon! ❤️

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
