Charlie’s place was just as pictured & more! The space is a corner unit located on the second highest floor & has beautiful views over looking the ocean, Waikiki beach, city & the mountains. The unit was very clean, perfectly designed & easily walkable to the beach & local restaurants. It was a perfect rental for our first trip to Hawaii & Charlie is an amazing helpful host!

Ideal rental, it feels like home. The decoration is tastefully done and the equipment is at its best. Beautiful pool and terrace all this in a very quiet environment with magnificent views of the mountains. Want to go back as soon as you can.

The view alone is worth the price! Everything was so lush and beautiful! We felt like we were in our very own private resort. We enjoyed the spacious house itself and the outdoor area. The pool was great and the beds were super comfortable! This was a great base to explore the entire Big Island of Hawaii! I would recommend this home to anyone! Just book it already!

Literally paradise! Cottage (Rainbow Cottage) was super clean and provided what was needed. Grounds are meticulously kept, was able to take walks in the morning and even though other cottages were occupied, rarely ran into anyone else. Did enjoy the greeting of a friendly dog once in awhile. Perfect location to get away and be one with nature. Close enough to Pāhoa town and great location to be able to drive to Hilo and Volcanoes National Park. I visit the area at least once a year, no need to look for any other place to stay. We really enjoyed the time we spent at this home! The views from the decks are amazing! The pool and hot tub are great and we especially enjoyed the AC and large TVs when we came in at night.

This house is quite a gem! I was very lucky to book it for a graduation, and was so very pleased on the ease of check in. The convenience of shops down the street, did help me over buy, and have to pay for overweight bags, which added to my satisfaction! The local cuisine, helped us all expand our pallets, but being able to cook with all the amenities provided made the fruit markets exciting! Almost forgot to mention the hot tub! When I over did the sun it was so amazing to have another source of relaxing water, to just soak up the yard, listen to the birds, ok I’m rambling now. Book this house whenever it is available, I plan on coming back in 2 years. Would love to stay in this house again!

Panoramic view was so nice and the location was good to travel around. Kids loved toys and sauces on the pantry and papaya from the tree on the house was amazing. My family had a pleasant time there, everything was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We loved our stay! We could have stayed 2 weeks. Loved the plunge pool feature and garden. Chilling out on the screen porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed making dinner in the modern kitchen and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Driving into Kapa’a was quick and easy either north or south route. Understand that Kauai is windy most of the time; the pool will have leaves fall into it all day. Just net them out before each dip.

Beautiful house with tasteful furnishing. A bit cramped if the tv is pulled out because the tv is set up on a rollable cabinet but still very beautiful and comfortable place to use as base for exploring the volcano national park. Host is friendly and communicative.

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

Excellent house and hosts were super responsive. Can’t beat the view. It’s a quiet hood and things are a bit of a drive but great place to relax after a day of activities.

Hands down Jennifer is a super host. This is probably the nicest Airbnb space we’ve ever stayed in. She is very honest and the property even exceeds the description. Thanks for sharing your beautiful, restful home.

My wife and I spent four nights in the penthouse unit of Jenn and Kristian’s beautiful home. We loved our time there. The unit was in good condition and comfortably furnished and the private rooftop terrace was perfect for early morning stargazing.

Loved this home! Perfect location across the street from awesome snorkeling. Well stocked with fins and snorkels (although if you have multiple adults who want to swim, not all the gear is as good as the others). Had a high chair, two pack and plays, and a booster seat (not advertised but so useful!). The master bedroom is without a door so light sleepers beware. Lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner. Love the outdoor shower downstairs. Host was responsive.

This was a lovely setting with great accommodations. The pool was very clean. The house space was spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the utensils and cookware one could hope for. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend it to others.

Had a wonderful three nights at Lisa's for our anniversary. Place was cozy, clean, and just like the pictures. It's peaceful and private, only one nearby neighbor who we never saw, and the rest is beautiful forest. The sounds of the coqui frogs at night took some getting used to haha but they add to the jungle ambiance. Location is hard to beat so close to the national park. We enjoyed the record player and fireplace.

Great location with incredible scenery. It's a very quiet and private area. I would recommend staying here if you're looking to be away from the busyness of the city.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning ocean views! We arrived late on a stormy night and experienced rough weather for the first day and a half, and it was wonderful to be in such fabulous accommodations. We relaxed in the living room watching the giant waves crashing out the glass doors/wall, ran across the street for snacks & burgers, and were able to wander the beach when the rain paused. We stayed several other places on our trip (joined a group tour), and this was hands-down the BEST! So glad we were here for the stormy part, as we still got to enjoy our time, regardless of the weather. Our last morning, with clear weather, we enjoyed the most beautiful sunrise! You can view this from your bed, or wander out on the patio. Home is new & lovely with solid internet & great amenities; we did some light cooking & appreciated having the necessities on hand. They provide a binder with all kinds of useful info, recommendations & maps. Great, fast communication.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and the views were absolutely stunning. The space was beautifully decorated, cozy, and well thought out. The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d love to come back!

Wow, what an amazing stay! The villa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean, waterfall, and mountains. The private pool and hot tub were perfect spots to relax and soak in the scenery. We were delighted to discover a charming hidden nook upstairs overlooking the pool a delightful surprise! The bedroom was gorgeous, and while the outdoor shower took a moment to get used to, it turned out to be such a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being nestled in a garden setting, we did encounter a few critters like cockroaches, spiders, lizards, and mosquito eaters, especially since we loved keeping the doors open to feel the refreshing breeze. It didn’t bother us much, though a quick sweep of some webs inside would have been appreciated. Now this is quite a drive from any towns/ restaurants so prepare in advance and stop somehwere before check in! Overall, the place was very clean, and our stay was incredibly peaceful. View was amazing. As previously stated by other guests the ride down is an eye opener. We took daily walks around the neighborhood and just stayed and enjoyed the sunshine and ocean views. Did manage to catch views of some stray whales, sea turtles floating by and a manta ray!

Tim's place was incredible. We were looking for a place to relax, re-connect and re-charge and Tim's place over delivered on all three. Inside the home was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Outside we were able to enjoy walking the orchard, hanging out on the lanai, and watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Tim was very quick to respond to our requests for beach or dining recommendations. We will definitely be back on our next trip to The Big Island !!!

Vaimiti was a great host from the day we arrived until we left. The place was very clean as described, had the basic necessities, beautiful location and view a pool was a plus. Our driver had difficulty getting there at night, vaimiti was very helpful and got us there safe. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tahiti I would highly recommend this place.
