We are a licensed "B&B" , which is the Maui County destination to operate legally in an “owner occupied residence”.

We are a permitted B and B on Maui’s North Shore near the road to Hana. We rent 3 rooms, with private bathrooms, individually with each room on a separate floor. Rooms are available for one night. The property is on three acres, in an agricultural zone, where we grow bananas and citrus. Room 2 has its own access to the lanai with a private bathroom. We are just above Kailua-Kona town, and only about 12-15 minutes to shopping, and about 15 minutes to the closest beach and only 20 minutes to the airport.
