It is less than a block away from both the lake and Commonground Park. It is located along the I-4 between Tampa (40 min drive) and Orlando/Disney and its attractions (1 hr drive). The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. Cozy Studio located in one of the best areas in Lakeland (Lake Hollingsworth), near to downtown Lakeland and the main universities. It's 40 minutes from Disney World Park and an hour from Clear Water Beach. It's a central but quiet neighborhood, close to Public Supermarket, restaurants and gas station. Without a doubt, a cozy space !!! Please ask if you need something different, then what I have listed.
