Great place to stay here in Mexico City a short walk from Condesa. Having visited many times, we prefer this area. We’ve worked remotely for >3 months from this apartment. Highly recommend staying here!

A very nice space to stay

We enjoyed staying in this place. However the apartment and the furniture was a bit outdated . Aaron was very helpful , I left my keys and he mailed it to us. Overall I recommend this place

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

Perfect location and looks exactly like the pictures. Floor is very uneven and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and not enough towels for our week long stay. However, we didn’t ask for more and I’m sure we could have gotten some. We had a great time and most of our adventures were walking distance from the Airbnb.

From the beginning, the communication was excellent; do not hesitate a second in which the place is as shown in the photos. Safe, clean, comfortable. Hopefully we will be back soon.

This was our first time exploring Polanco and this apartment provided an excellent location to do so. The place is spacious but cozy. The beds (and bedding) were so comfortable too! And I loved the washer/dryer amenities. Thank you, Alvaro!

Fabulous apartment in the heart of condesa neighborhood. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Nadezda made us feel right at home and absolutely loved this open air oasis. The locals were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the cozy apartment for a month and had everything I needed during that time. The location is really functional - walkable to all parts of the historic center and there are good transportation connections to other places. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly at all times. The neighbors were also friendly. I hope to return some day.

Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host has created a very comfortable and welcoming space perfect for anyone needing a place to rest before an early flight or during a layover. It’s extremely close to the airport (5 minutes max by car), so there’s no stress about traffic or delays. He even provided snacks and drinks, which were much appreciated after our long, late flight. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Hands down, this was one of the best AirBnB stays I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook! I stayed for 7 weeks, and had an excellent experience. As others have said, the house is even better than the photographs! The garden is fantastic, and my dog and I were very comfortable. Cata and the folks upstairs were absolutely terrific! I got sick while I was there and they were incredibly thoughtful and kind. I'm so grateful for that. The neighborhood is terrific! It has a diverse mix of folks, is very walkable, and full of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend a visit to the weekly Tuesday market, as well as the brick and mortar Mercado Escandon! Great tacos, tropical fruit, Pan Japanese and all sorts of interesting and fun yumminess! I can't wait to head back. Enjoy!

This apartment is just lovely! It matches the photos exactly and has lots of fun & interesting objects around that Marco's clearly collected over time. They make the apartment a fun & inviting place to stay. He met us at the there & had the fridge stocked with cold beverages to welcome us. Marco stayed and showed us a map with restaurant recommendations (the BEST tacos at Los Parados!) and other features of the neighborhood and beyond. Anytime we had a question Marco was very responsive. Roma Sur is a nice quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. We had so much fun in CDMX & look forward to our next trip!

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The location is fantastic -- stunning, vibrant, right on a gorgeous plaza, and super convenient. There are amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great bars all within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, cozy, and very comfortable -- truly a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Everyone we interacted with during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that there’s no air-conditioning. There were fans provided, which helped, but it was still a bit warm for us at night. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting CDMX!

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Nicolas's place to celebrate my birthday! The view was amazing, the vibes inside were perfect and the neighbourhood was so fun to explore. Would recommend to anyone stay there. There was no AC so it got a little warm on the lower floor sometimes, but that could be fixed with a couple more fans available.
