This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, the view is very nice and the area is quiet, the pool water is at a good temperature and has everything you need

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

This is the most wonderful place to stay! Horacio and Arturo were kind, friendly, welcoming, and responsive to every question or need we had. The house was exactly like the excellent photos online and felt like home after our two-week stay. It was very hard to leave, and we will stay again if we ever return to CDMX.

Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host has created a very comfortable and welcoming space perfect for anyone needing a place to rest before an early flight or during a layover. It’s extremely close to the airport (5 minutes max by car), so there’s no stress about traffic or delays. He even provided snacks and drinks, which were much appreciated after our long, late flight. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Impeccable stay. Me and my work team were in CDMX for a big stressful project with long hours. This house was perfect to come home to. It's on a quiet street, but located close (5 min walk) to lively neighbourhoods. Lots of excellent cafes, and iconic restaurants nearby. Kitchen is a properly stocked kitchen with high end appliances, plate wear, and all the utensils you want to cook a serious meal...most Airbnbs are not stocked like this. Daily cleaning included was a BLESSING with four us working long hours. Lastly the house stays remarkably cool despite it being quite warm outside during the day. Very comfortable.

Jeremy's home was perfect for our group! He was very communicative and always available to help. The home was spacious beautiful and so close to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Would definitely return!

Everything was perfect💯 I have stayed at many airbnbs but the level of communication and attention to detail was next level here. They accommodated all our needs and requests. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and matched the listing perfectly, comfortably accommodating my group of 11. The main house had a spacious kitchen, dining room, pool table room, cozy family area, and a powder room. Outside, a small seating space with chairs and a hammock provided a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, the primary bedroom had an ensuite, while two other rooms shared a bathroom. Though street noise was present, the host thoughtfully provided earplugs. Two additional ensuite bedrooms were accessed from the back, near the outdoor dining space and hot tub. However, due to a steep staircase, mobility issues prevented my group from enjoying this area. The neighborhood was safe and walkable, with a coffee shop and convenience store nearby. The host was highly responsive, even recommending great takeout options. Overall, a fantastic stay—you’d gladly return!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!
