Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Polanco, Polanco I Sección

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Adrian’s place is a great location to explore Mexico City. It is located close to all the metro stations and uber rides to majority of the attractions aren’t expensive. The place is cozy with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The amenities were a great highlight. The pool, sauna, and views from the floor made the stay even better. There are pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. Adrian is very responsive with questions and willing to help! Only note: For Mexico City the lack of AC might make it difficult depending if you sleep hot or expect to come in early before the dark.

Alfredo's unit is excellent. We were there mainly for medical reasons and it was in a great location with great amenities. It was a great place to call home for a few weeks. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

We loved this apartment! My friend and I came down to CDMX for 4 nights (our first visit) and greatly enjoyed the comfort, safety and location of this rental. So nice to have a little coffee in the morning care of our hosts, be so close to wonderful restaurants and eateries in Condesa and Roma. We roamed every where from this apartment and walked back late at night along Avenida Mazatlan many times and we always remarked how happy we were to come back to this apartment each time. We ventured up to the roof one night for beautiful views of the city and fresh cool air. This was an incredible place to stay and was very good value for the four nights we stayed. Highly recommend!

I had a good experience in this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality and care in every detail of the place. The apartment was impeccable, perfectly equipped and very well decorated, which made you feel at home from the first minute. What really stood out was the comfort of the bed, I had never slept so well in a place other than my home! The sheets are of excellent quality and the mattress is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and high quality stay. I hope that the next time I return to Mexico City this apartment will be available. Thanks to Arturo and his team for such a positive experience, they were always on the lookout for us and the communication was very fast!

The location was perfect; close to great restaurants and with easy access to the rest of the city, but what really stood out was the home itself. Every detail, from the light fixtures and tilework to the furniture, décor, and open layout, was thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the cozy outdoor terrace, which was perfect for morning coffee (Consuelo Pan De Madre is a great place for breakfast!). The hosts were also fantastic and very responsive. Apartment is perfect right off of Horacio where you can walk in the mornings and evening as well as the dogs. Host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We had extended our stay since we lived it so much!

Mariana, we enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment. The neighborhood and location were fantastic. It was very easy picking up an Uber on the street to take us everywhere we wanted to go. There were great coffee shops and restaurants on the same block. The king bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and closet area were great! We were there during a very warm period and the apartment stayed fairly comfortable with the fans and windows open. We would definitely stay here again. Muchos gracias, Mariana!

The best host I ever had in Airbnb! Very responsive, friendly and helpful. The place is awesome, good size for a couple. Everything was extremely clean and organized.
