The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location- on a nice quiet street but in a wonderful and walkable location to so many restaurants and other neighborhoods. I felt very safe and comfortable! The apartment with its floor to ceiling windows and tree views is so lovely that I didn't even mind being rained in one evening!

We stayed in four different Airbnbs while in Mexico City and I think Rafael’s was my favorite. It felt most like home! From the moment we arrived, Rafael greeted us to show us around and then went out to provide us with a large jug of water, fresh fruit and juices, and a treat for the kids. He truly went above and beyond. The apartment is close to great restaurants and coffee shops. I loved that the building was secure and the amenities provided were great. Plenty of extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and fans which were very appreciated during the hot month of May. We also extended our stay two separate times and Rafael and Gabriel were super accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host! Would happily book again.

The place was great, and Enrique is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful. He recommended some restaurants, and they were fantastic. We had extra requests, and he fulfilled all of them without any hesitation. He is a very kind person and the best host that I have ever met. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in Mexico City, a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is near numerous restaurants, and Walmart is located across the street. The building is super secure; it has at least 5 security personnel all the time. I definitely recommend it.

Me encantó el lugar, es bastante tranquilo y no se escucha nada de ruido lo cual se agradece en la ciudad. Lo único con lo que batallé mucho fue con la escalera ya que no estaba bien afianzada, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente. 🤍

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

Fantastic location in a beautiful part of Condesa with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and features a private outdoor terrace. Didn’t use the kitchen, which was kind of cramped for even one person. Cozy is a good description overall. Note that there is no air conditioning, so the apartment was warm on the few hot days. But I would definitely return.

Un lugar seguro, en una zona bonita, bien ubicado para servicios, el departamento acogedor y funcional, la anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

La casa es muy amplia y en general muy iluminada, las 4 recámaras están de muy buen tamaño y con baños accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación de la casa está excelente, muy céntrica y está cerca de plazas, restaurantes y otros negocios. A pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Una excelente opción para hospedarse en la zona de Polanco.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! We had a great stay in this spacious and well-equipped apartment in CDMX.Traveling as a family, we truly appreciated the ample space and comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Parque Lincoln, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless, and the Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

Un depto. increíble, cómodo, bonito, y muy limpio. con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia de lujo. Lo recomiendo mucho. Está muy bien ubicado, con mucha seguridad el edficio. La atención del anfitrión de lo mejor. Sólo me gustaría le digan al personal de mantenimiento chequen bien el elevador de la torre 3, tuvimos una mala experiencia que se resolvió, pero no fue agradable. Nos quedamos atrapadas por 20 minutos. Pero en sí, el depto. está increíble, mi nuevo lugar para hospedarme en la cdmx. 10/10

El lugar es cómodo y está en una área donde puedes caminar a varios restaurantes, cafés, y tiendas. Me gustó que por las noches era pacífico y no se escuchaba ruido de trafico. El lugar es tal está descrito.

Estancia super recomendada, el lugar muy tranquilo, centrico, el loft limpio y el anfitrión siempre pendiente de todo.

Excelente alojamiento, la ubicación 10/10. Hugo y su equipo demasiado atentos y siempre nos apoyaron en las dudas que teníamos. Sólo mejoraría el manejo del agua caliente de la ducha que fue complicado y adicionaría aire acondicionado en el apto. Mil gracias por todo recomendadisimos! volvería a hospedarme con Hugo sin duda.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

great location, most places we wanted to go to were in roma norte or confess were 20min or less walking. we were able to rent bikes and bike everywhere. only downside is shower pressure was not very strong and we had issues with the temp (building ran out of hot water) but still a great value for price you’re paying.
