Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as described easy to check in, we loved that there was a coffee shop right in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a gated community, very near many shops and restaurants and the Galleria complex. The directions were super accurate, and she went above and beyond sending pictures of each step to get in - quite helpful as we arrived at night. The property had everything as listed - more than enough to host guests, fully functional kitchen, Keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, great shower water pressure, great blackout shade in the bedroom, lots of mellow decorations . . . very well appointed. We did not encounter any problems, and Maleasa was proactive making sure we were settled in and was available if we had any questions. Checking out was very easy/stress free! We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Marissa was a fantastic host! The apartment was well stocked with the basics and even a few thoughtful touches. It is on the 3rd floor so be aware of the climb, especially if visiting while it’s hot outside. The pool and workout room were a nice perk. There is a very slight scent of old cigarette smoke that is in all apartment complexes if you’ve ever lived in one. These are just the most not-picky things as the stay was great and we’d absolutely stay again. Very accessible and pro tip: exit through the back gate to use the stop light rather than trying to cross the speeding traffic outside the main gate.

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

Julie’s place was spectacular. She had everything you could need; spices, pots/pans, toiletries, towels, sunscreen, pickleball equipment, and so much more. I have never stayed anywhere quite like this. So clean and truly felt like a home. She gave local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. She even let me know to stop at the grocery store before checking in to save gas and time. I will definitely be coming back.

Unless you just want to stay right in the middle of downtown Austin, this is the perfect spot. Close to downtown but a bit of a walk. We took an Uber from downtown and it was only $8. When we go back to Austin we will stay here again for sure. :0)

Thank you for being such a great host! I'm picky about where I stay, and your home checked all the boxes. I loved how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were, how detailed your instructions are, the towel warmers, all THE PLANTS 🥰, the coffee and tea fixings, the candles/ oils/ scents, all the tvs, the Nintendo game, the guest book, the deck, the layered decor, access to W/D, the books, great wifi, the deer everywhere, etc. Your place was the perfect retreat we desperately needed. It's obvious you put a lot of effort and care into your property. Very well done! We'll definitely be back!

Great place. Beautiful view. Could not find a light switch for any outdoor lights for the back porch. There is a unit attached to the home. The outside entry is on the right side of the house or through the garage. There is also another door in the garage that opens to the formal dining room of the airbnb house. So make sure you lock that door from the garage to the formal dining room. Just for peace of mind. We had no problems. P.S. don't open the door between the laundry room and the bedroom it also leads to the attached unit.

One of the best decisions we’ve made! Staying at this home in North Austin was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully laid out we were two families traveling together, and the space worked out perfectly for everyone. The house also offers great entertainment options, making it ideal for relaxing or having fun without even leaving the property. The location is super convenient close to restaurants, attractions, parks, rivers, and lakes. Even Uber Eats deliveries were quick, usually arriving within 10–20 minutes! We highly, highly recommend this home 100%. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. If you’re considering booking it, don’t think twice it’s totally worth it!

Stephanie's thoughtful touch was evident in the helpful videos she provided, making it easy for us to navigate any issues. But the real highlight was the serene outdoor space! The peaceful atmosphere was incredibly calming, and we loved unwinding by the pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect cherry on top of our stay!
