Great location in close proximity to Disney. James was very responsive to all messages and took care to make sure there was enough communication leading up to our stay and that we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

No problem, the place is quiet, the house is comfortable, only the rooms are not very spacious and instead of closets it has wardrobes, but it had 3 bathrooms, a room for laundry, a spacious and comfortable living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances in use and plenty of dishes

The house was very nice and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

We loved the house! Very homey and convenient. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t drive or walk the property much but pool was very close. The kids loved it. We took an uber daily to Disney. Nice it was a gated community, felt safe. Would definitely book again.

Place was just as described on the website. It was very clean and comfortable and the commute to Disney parks was less than 15 minutes away. Our host was very responsive and prompt each time we had a question.

We had a wonderful stay at Miriam’s villa in Kissimmee! Miriam was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating from the beginning to the end of our trip. The location was perfect, with the pool and clubhouse just steps from the front door, which made it so easy and fun for our family. My kids had a blast, and my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy ourselves too. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Raychelle was a very responsive host and was friendly which we appreciated. The home is beautiful and set up as described. We felt welcomed and at home. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores etc in the area so that was nice as well.

We stayed at Bruna’s because we were celebrating a birthday. Everything looked really nice and clean and Bruna even left a couple of birthday decorations, which was really sweet of her! 10/10 definitely recommend!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of four- quiet but with an amazing pool and splash pad area the kids loved! Super convenient to Disney Springs and the main parks.

We had a beautiful stay at this house, it is even prettier in reality!! we loved it!! 20 min to the parks, beautiful house and kitchen, awesome amenities (pool, gym...) The house was perfect for us!

This house was great for my family’s stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was as advertised. It was a little far from Disney (about a 35 min drive) but it was easy to drive over, and I would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We arrived for my daughter’s cheer competition at ESPN complex. It was only about 12 minutes away and super convenient commute. I highly recommend staying at this place . It was very clean and loaded with all the amenities. The hot tub was a plus after those long days spent at the complex and Disney. It was spacious for my family of 4 and the beds were great. It was also super convenient to tons of restaurants. This location is hands down the best. I look forward to making this my go to place every time we visit the area from now on . This was absolutely the best !

This place was so wonderful! The Disney themed appliances were so fun and we enjoyed making waffles each morning. The house was great to spend a week with my husband, two daughters and mom. When considering another trip to Orlando, I would definitely rebook!

It’s hard to find an Airbnb that is truly KID FRIENDLY with hosts who are truly about families and the magic behind Disney/ universal and this place was just that. From the smallest of details to the adult rooms it was absolutely everything we had hoped for our first big adventure with the kids to Universal Studios. I cannot wait to come back with the kids in the future. This home is perfect! The hosts are absolutely the best, and the memories we made will last a lifetime.

What a wonderful spot! We had a great long weekend at Helen&Sam's place, home looked exactly like pictires, spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to many Orlando attractions, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, close to Disney Springs and theme parks. We felt right at home, neighborhood has great amenities, we have spent one day just relaxing by the pool, kids had great time playing ping pong and corn hole by the pool, slides at the pool side were a hit as well. We will definitely be back if we head down to Orlando for another vacation!

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

Great place and its location it’s the best near everything and everything is around the Conner we loved this place and the pools are a nice touch and you will have a great time here totally recommend

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.

This was a wonderful stay. The location was amazing! I appreciated being so close to the theme parks and other needs for the stay, such as stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The townhome is beautiful and very clean! The instructions were super clear, which made everything easy to figure out. It would’ve been nice to have a little more check-in or communication during the stay, just to feel a bit more connected—but overall, things went really smoothly! I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to this area!
