The residence is very quiet, silent, with a beautiful view. The house is beautiful, super tidy, I love that, and above all, it's clean. The pool is clean, and the BBQ service is also excellent. Thank you for everything, and I would definitely recommend it.❤️

The stay at Orvie’s place was excellent. Very kid friendly, would highly recommend for a family stay. The location was very convenient, and the home had everything we needed. Communication with the host was good and check-in went smoothly.

I just want to thank Enma and all of the hosts who helped make my little family’s first vacation feel so perfect! This is also my first house Airbnb experience (I’ve been in hotel style Airbnb’s) before but I used to be more of a resort type of girl. Now my teen daughter says we should do a house instead of resorts every year!! I miss this home already and so much that now my husband and I are discussing owning one of these ! The home much nice and cozy and so cleannn! The beds felt amazing ! I miss the pool already !! Thank you . Thank you !!!!

I was very well pleased with the stay. The pool was nice and warm. The surrounding was peaceful and quiet. I really would love to come back again. Also, the cleanness of the house was excellent.

Franks place was perfect, everything in the pictures was accurate plus so much more. We had everything we needed to start and then some, we didn’t feel like we needed to unpack and go right to the store. We spent most of our time out at the pool and with small kids the door alarm, took some getting used to but was such a nice touch. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by and only about 30/40min to universal. We would stay here again in the future, the place had so much space we never felt like we were cramped in the home.

This is my third time staying in one of Franks listings and I’m always extremely happy. They are always quick to respond with any questions I have and very helpful. My loyalty is with Frank when I’m in Kissimmee hands down ❤️

Kimberly was a delightful host. She was very responsive when we had any questions. Her home felt very cozy and comfortable. She made it so easy to check in and accommodating. My family and I went to Disney for 4 days and it felt nice to be away from the traffic and it was easy to get to the parks. The kids loved having a pool to themselves to enjoy after a long day at the parks. There is also a grocery store, Starbucks and plenty of places to eat nearby, which made things very convenient for my family. I would definitely rebook Kimberly’s home again in the future and highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home.

I was able to stay the past three weeks at the house and it was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is perfect and the host was amazing. Highly recommended.

A little further out, but i don't mind a bit of driving. FYI, every where is about 20 mins to 30 mins from nearest walmart to Sea world or Orlando Int airport or to Disney. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, the pool was very clean.. we love it,

Loved our stay! Marcel was very helpful and the place smelled soooo good! I was so scared to see roaches cause it’s a warmer climate and we didn’t see any roaches at all!!! Very clean! Very homey! I would def love to stay here when we visit family again!!! And the area is safe!!

The house was perfect. Beautiful inside and out, clean, spacious, and the view by the pool is so relaxing. Kevin was amazing. He was very accommodating and quick to respond when needed. 10/10 recommend. My family loved it.

We felt right at home at this place! We stay at Airbnbs all the time and this was one of the best kept houses we stayed in. Quite nice neighborhood, the house keeping was above and beyond was so happy with how clean and comfortable this place was for myself and my infant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here if they have the opportunity.

This was my second extended-stay at Andrea’s place and it was exactly the same as the first stay…. Couldn’t ask for a better host! She is very communicative, proactive and friendly. Her place is cozy and just as described! Super awesome that the unit has a washer and dryer! Recommend!!!!!

Genesis was a great host ! Though we were unable to complete our entire stay, we enjoyed every bit of our trip and the home. Genesis is very understanding and communicative. It was a very lovely experience overall.

Juan was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The housekeeping was exceptional—everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay again!

This place was AMAZING!!! Miguel and his wife were incredible communicators and so incredibly flexible! They gave us a little longer to checkout and answered all of our questions. The beds were incredible in all 3 rooms, the backyard was so perfect for our dogs, and all the smart tvs were awesome when we were ready to chill out after visiting the parks! It only took us maybe 20 minutes to get to all things Disney like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and more. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved it. We will DEFINITELY be staying with them again and will probably be the ONLY ones we stay with when coming to the Orlando area. I hope all the future guests enjoy this home as much as we did! 5 star home and host. Home was clean, well maintained, and had a wonderful vacation vibe. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great location just minutes from Legoland Theme park, restaurants, and other amenities like Walmart if you forgot something. The movie and arcade rooms were a great addition to help keep our toddler occupied during some unfortunate rain. Lastly Lykeisha was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful with accommodating us! A joy to interact with. Overall this is the type of home that makes you never want to stay in another hotel.

Great location. Only 10 min from Walmart and surrounding restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet . No issues . Nice 3 bedroom house with sun room. Kitchen easy to use and had everything you need .
