Apartment holiday rentals in Poinciana

I have booked many air bnbs but this by far as been the best location & host. Rafaela did a great job at making me and my family feel welcomed and was very attentive to any questions that came about during our stay. We were provided with all house essentials making it feel exactly like home. Beautiful & clean place!

The place was lovely! Perfectly Disney without being cheesy or over the top. The kids room had toys to play with and we noticed lots of helpful thoughtful items for families. Would definitely book here again

Condo as described, lovely and comfortable- no complaints. The community however needs some improvements. Difficult to enter due to poor gate scanners. Building numbers at top of buildings are hard to see at night. Pool area well maintained but music is constant and loud…not relaxing. From this unit, it’s about a 1/2 mile walk to pool or you can drive over.

Blancas place was definitely a great choice for us. We stayed here with 3 guests and it accommodated all of our needs; from having the indoor washer and dryer to a little work space for computer work. My group stayed here for our 3 day Disney trip, we still drove a little over 20 minutes to get to the parks but that was not an issue for us as it seemed like we weren’t really getting hit with terrible traffic whilst driving to near by stores or restaurants. Very close stores and restaurants less than 10 minutes from the place. Pool and hot tub were super nice. AC worked almost too good inside the space lol we had to turn it up a couple of times because we were freezing. Space was overall very clean and nice, the only thing I would mention is there is no BBQ/ grill however it is listed in the amenities. Lovely space and definitely will be booking here & with Blanca again in the future !

Amazing little spot if you are in the Orlando area. Pristine air b&b. I walked into a freshly clean condo with soft music playing on the tv, lights turned on and a plate of snack waiting for me. Communication was wonderful and the door was peaceful and homey. Absolutely would stay here again.

Accessible to grocery and eateries, clean, and quiet. While not handicap accessible (2 flights of stairs), this safe, secure, and spacious stay in suburbia was a welcomed reprieve with moderate water pressure, gorgeous views, and amazing resort-style amenities. Our host David was attentive and responsive to all concerns. Would stay again.

Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

We loved our stay. The pool was so fun for our one year old and we were able to bring our cat on our trip - and he loved people watching out the windows! It was clean, the hosts were responsive, and the pool/surrounding areas were so much fun. We will definitely book with them again if we go back to the area!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay with Renzo and Carolina was very pleasant. They are super friendly and incredibly attentive hosts, always making sure we were comfortable. They even asked us in advance what temperature we preferred in the house, and when we arrived, everything was set just the way we requested. The house was spotless, very well maintained, and located in a nice, quiet, and central area. We truly enjoyed our time there, and without a doubt, we’ll be happy to stay here again next time we come back. Thank you so much for everything!

Very beautiful location, calm surroundings and very close to all attractions

I loved that this place is gated so I get very safe. We picked this place because we wanted to be in the middle of LegoLand and DisneyWorld. It was so clean and we spent time at the resort pools which I really appreciate because it was so hot.

Este es un lugar en el que realmente vale la pena quedarse. Cinco estrellas. Expondré las razones: 1. Es muy fácil de llegar y además queda muy cerca de almacenes grandes. 2. El acceso a los parques de Disney es de aproximadamente 20 minutos. 3 El condominio es lindo, seguro y limpio. 4. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado. 5. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, esto fue especialmente útil con un bebé. 6. El alojamiento tiene una agradable decoración basada en Mickey que hace que los niños se sientan muy a gusto. Además, tiene juguetes, mesa para niños. Aspectos a mejorar: 1. Más bolsas de basura 2. Hora de check out más flexible 3. Mejor claridad con códigos de entrada 4. El ruido de los vecinos de arriba a veces se escucha

Very spacious, clean , free of excessive clutter. I loved the items for an infant/toddler. (I brought my 10 month old). It was perfect for my small family. A responsive host a well equipped kitchen and it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Overall 10/10. Will be returning.

O apartamento é muito organizado e limpo!! Fica em uma localizacao de facil e rapido acesso aos parques e restaurantes. Com certeza, retornaremos para mais ferias neste local !

We cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay during this winter. For the second year we have enjoyed a wonderful, clean, peaceful stay at this fantastic condo. There is nothing to complain about. Ana has been a very responsive and helpful host and everything was just perfect and was truly a comfortable “home sweet home”. We will surely stay at Ana’s condo again and again in the years to come.

Had a few small issues while we were staying but got an answer usually within an hour with solutions and check ups to make sure everything was good. Cannot fault it as it was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. The pool was very nice and we regularly had it to ourselves. Would happily stay again when we come back.

From booking to our stay and check out was amazing. Clean apartment with clear instructions and close to almost everything. Will stay here again when next we come to Orlando in a few months. Try make coffee and creamer available next time (lol). Overall, it was a great experience with clean, calm and friendly environment. Thank you for accommodating us.

Desde el día 1 todo fue perfecto en la estadía. Nos había llegado un paquete previo a nuestro check in y Cynthia nos resolvió dónde encontrarlo en la casa. La guía con las indicaciones de cómo sacar la basura, donde reciclar, etc. 100% recomendable. El complejo es un lugar muy tranquilo con amplios lugares para estacionar, una linda piscina para poder refrescarte y sobre todo silencio y privacidad casi las 24 hs del día. En el apartamento todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, la cocina muy completa con diferentes utensilios y electrodomésticos para poder utilizar. El wifi andaba de maravilla, televisores con acceso a diferentes plataformas, habitaciones amplias y baños en suite. Se los súper recomiendo. Nota: el apartamento queda en un segundo piso con lo cual hay que subir escaleras. En nuestro caso no había problema pero para que lo tengan en cuenta ☺️ Gracias Cynthia por todo!
