Originally built in the late 18th Century, the cottage has wide plank floor boards and a wood burning fireplace . Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

Outlier Inn Bungalow on Farm Upstate Catskills

The Outlier Inn is a bucolic 12-acre farm in NY’s southern Catskill mountains, 90 miles from NYC. The Inn offers a peaceful, inspiring break from life in the Big City. Our sheep, goats, alpacas, and chickens are accessible to guests as well as our Barn Shop, which sells local goods and produce. There are a total of 12 rental listings on the property and we also offer full property rentals to groups. We guarantee a private experience even when there are other guests on-site.
