Holiday rentals with a patio in Plzeň Region

Great new apartment, tastefully and modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker for beans, which we really appreciated. Located in a beautiful and peaceful place in nature, perfect for walking and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax!

the place itself is very nice and modern. There were three of us, and it was just right, but I would be sleeping on a sofa bed in 4. The mattress that is laid on the couch is thin and sleeping is very uncomfortable, the half is soft and half hard. But the bed was very comfortable. The sun doesn't shine until later on and the trees are a bit obstructed by the trees. Not far from the accommodation is a farm where you can buy beef and lamb. From the accommodation there is a nice walk to Špičácký saddle, about 3km and further to the lakes. 3min walk to the train stop, we came back from Špičák after a day of hiking. The information was that there was Netflix on the TV, but it wasn't. But it was possible to download a streaming service and watch through your profile.

We were very satisfied, the accommodation was clean, beautifully fragrant, perfectly equipped, in a quiet place, within a good driving distance for trips. Great communication, a warm welcome with a pleasant surprise snack, I loved it here.

An elegant apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful forests and nature adventure trails. All tourist points or cities are easily and quickly accessible by car. Lots of bike paths. Thank you to Alfred for the great care! We felt very welcome.

New apartment near the center. A river flows right next to the accommodation, along which you can walk to the center. Accommodation new and clean. The arrangement was quick and hassle-free.

Beautiful, large apartment, very clean and tidy, value for money is right. Very well located, close to the forest and the spa center, to the colonnaden in 5 minutes.

A great place to stay with friends and family, and dogs too. A giant back garden and plenty of forests and trails in the surrounding area. The home renovations also look amazing, and Tomas is quick to reply. I will certainly come to stay here again someday.

Filip sent us all the instructions in a timely manner. The place is beautiful and cozy, it looked exactly like the photos. I can only recommend, the place is great to relax. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out, but the place is so cozy that we didn't mind spending most of our stay at home.

Cozy, nice and quiet place. We could use a cellar with the possibility of storing bikes and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and dinner. Mr. Marek proactively called me before arrival and communicated, or repeated, important information (parking, check-in, keys, cellar, checkout...), so everything went smoothly. Nikola's place is as advertised: spacious, clean and very nice for a stay with the family. Very spacious kitchen and living room and very comfortable night areas, with plenty of storage space. The area is very well connected, with a large supermarket 5 minutes by foot and with the gardens and fountain of the village another 15-minute walk. Easy street parking. Good and quick communication with Nikola. We highly recommend this place!

The place is full of incredible peace and quiet, the view from the window to the nature and no hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Yes, the water smells (due to a large amount of minerals), but nothing you can't prepare for. The kitchen equipment is a bit stark, but relatively sufficient. We missed the most of a small table lamp. Overall, we loved it here.

The place was really great. Comfortable in a quiet place. I was just slightly startled by the cleaning lady who was in my room when I returned from the store after my arrival, saying that she had just come to wash her hands. It was quite unpleasant, but otherwise my stay was fine. Thanks.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
