We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Everything was clean and very cozy, there were many activities for children and you really felt like you were visiting someone you knew. In addition, the owner was very easy to get along with and I could turn to her at any time. I don't think this is the last time we'll be here. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and friendly communication with the host, who has always responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We had a lovely time in the house. It is all present and very clean.  Hot tub, sauna, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc are ideal for a great stay. They are friendly landlords who respond to the wishes of the guests. To plan the room occupancy, it may be said that 2 rooms are through rooms (you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom), which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Thank you so much for the nice weekend. Our group of four families could comfortably grill, cook, eat and spend game night together. The nearby cable car brought us the mountain where we could already hike.

We spent an extended weekend in the house and we enjoyed it super well. The house was a little hard to find but with directions from the hostess it worked. It may make sense that coordinates are passed on here so that you can navigate better. Arrived was nicely eaten by a fire. Very well equipped kitchen! Everything is available outside as described. Fire pits, hot tub to heat with wood (very nice!) and a new sauna. Rooms are also really nice and everything is so nice and quiet. House is the last one in the street (the gravel path). The children were able to move freely outside. An all-round successful stay. Thanks for that and gladly again :)

We stayed for a short weekend in the beautiful house of Adam:) the surroundings are super quiet and very nice. The house is well equipped, especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The highlight was definitely the sauna! For these you pay an extra €20/ 3h. The only thing to note: the hot tub cannot be used during the winter time and bed linen and towels must be brought yourself (otherwise cost €10 p.p.). We had a good time and would come back:)

Beautiful clean cottage in a quiet place, we didn't even want to leave! We didn't miss anything during the stay and had a great time with the kids! In addition, we were also delighted with a new swing with a slide, which was not in the photos :-) Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back ☺️

The house is newly built, everything is great. Beautiful garden with covered seating, trampoline and grill, even a dinghy for the lake is available. Wood for the fireplace and lighters are available. I'd come back.

nice apartment and owner

The nice and clean apartment is part of a larger property where the owner lives with her family. Tereza and her husband are very nice and hospitable people, we felt like we were visiting friends. The hosts gave us their very cozy "grill room with a couch" to use when it was rainy, which we appreciated very much. They even gave us home-grown radishes! Thank you very much for a beautiful weekend in Šumava, I can recommend accommodation at Tereza's from the heart :)

The host is nice, helpful. The house is at the end of the village, absolute peace. Beautiful view. Both apartments are spacious, clean. There were eight of us adults, all good. The weather didn't work out for us, the owner flooded us in June! Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor charcoal grill. Ideal for September mushroom picking! Parking behind the house, bike storage. RECOMMENDED!

Everything wonderful, a very nice well equipped house with everything you need. Supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away by car. Not far to the spa towns and many other sights. Absolute peace and nature pure. We will be happy to come back.

Accommodation perfect, everything as described, everything ready and functional (which is not always the rule). Flexible arrival. The apartments can be used separately or together in the ground floor apartment and made into common areas. We definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time here! The place is simply furnished and was ideal with a larger group (30th birthday)! We had many children with us who had a lot of fun exploring the large property and enjoying the many possibilities there! We had breakfast outside every morning and sat together at the campfire place in the evening. We were very lucky with the weather (in bad weather, however, it would be a bit tight inside in the dining room for so many people). The surroundings there are also beautiful and wonderful hikes start right outside the front door! Thank you so much, we'll be back for sure!

No problem. Beautiful, clean house. A short walk from the house, a nice playground for children. I have to say great communication with the owner. Quick response to messages. I recommend :)

We had a great week in the beautiful and spacious house, which for the 12 of us offered many cozy places to cook, play and play music together, but also provided retreats and privacy.
