Holiday rentals with beach access in Plymouth

I recently returned from a wonderful holiday stay at a beautiful Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host arranged for someone to look after us during our stay, and he was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly in tune with what we needed. His support made our experience feel seamless and relaxed. The location was perfect—just a five-minute walk to the beach—and the pool was large, clean, and perfect for unwinding. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. I’ve already recommended this place to three friends and I’m seriously thinking about returning next year. Five stars, without a doubt!

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach. Reaching the location could be a bit challenging but Narisha does great with explaining the route well in advance. She welcomed us with some breakfast items as well. Thanks Narisha for a great stay. I would come here again.

I'm very rarely lost for words but the apartment in Tobago was perfection from start to finish. Marina was so helpful with recommendations in advance while Peter met us and very kindly took us to the nearby shop to get some initial food supplies, helping us throughout our stay impeccably. The apartment has the wow factor about it. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, an airy and well-appointed kitchen/living room and a balcony overlooking the coastline, board games and other nice touches abound. The quiet beach can only be described as paradise. Crabs in the rocks, flying and multi-coloured fish in the cove and waves that excite - with that dreamy peaceful Caribbean vibe that makes you feel that this is heaven on earth. We could not have been happier as a family. There was a lovely pool and terrace to sun ourselves, some simple shops and an ice cream shack a short walk away and a 20-minute walk to Mount Irvine if you fancy surfing or the beach bar. I already yearn to return. Bliss

The perfect secret little get away from the noise of town with a beach view in the back. Everything was clean and the host went above and beyond to help us feel more comfortable. Speaking to him felt like talking to an old friend. Cozy. Clean and quiet. Just what we needed.

Great accomodation and Tammy was super helpful and friendly. A little out of the way for amenities and beach, fine if you have your own car!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cholson. The pictures didn't do it justice. It was very beautiful and spotless. The view from window to the beach is stunning! Beverley was incredibly thoughtful and sweet, despite us having checked in later due to an impromptu stop at Argyle Waterfalls. We were only staying 2 nights, but she brought extra chairs for my friends to sit by the window and admire the view. The other staff there were also very pleasant. Charlotteville is an amazing town. Because Cholson is situated at the center of town and near the walking path to Pirate Bay, we always felt we were near the party. The only thing I needed that would have made it perfect was if I remembered to bring earplugs. The roosters in the neighborhood crowed at 3:45AM one night and then a bunch of them followed and started crowing too, but that's on me for not creating a packing list. My friend who had great earplugs slept soundly through the night, though.

It is a save and calm place to stay. Not to far away from the beach. The Rooms are perfectly sized, cozy and have everything you need for a Tobago trip. The Host Prince is a really cool guy. You can ask him everything and he takes care about his guests. so all in all a big recommendation stayin’ at Black Rock in Tobago.

We stayed for a month and had the family out for blocks during the month. Beautiful garden location and views. Loved the BBQ and patio area. Sitting on the veranda feeding the birds was lovely. You need to be mobile and reasonable fit to manage to steps up to the house and the walk back up from Castara beach which is only 10 minutes but quite a steep hill. Kitchen is basic but functional and we cooked some lovely meals. Two bedrooms are very comfortable but the mezzanine bedroom has steep stairs and is small, although two of our party loved sleeping up there. Local supermarket, veg shop and bread oven provided everything we needed. Recommend breakfast at the Riverside and Dinner at D’Almond. Boathouse entertainment and food is good. Small beach is a tropical paradise and great for swimming and snorkelling. We could have stayed another month.

My wife and I and our 7yo boy stayed at Donna’s apartment which is modern, functional, spacious and very well appointed. I am 60 yo, very well-travelled having lived on several continents and I can attest that the beach and jungle views from the house rank amongst the finest home views I have ever witnessed. It is the only house in the vicinity of the pristine and untouched Englishman’s bay rainforest and beach and it is very peaceful and truly mesmerising. Donna proved a very proactive and efficient host. We stayed in two other places in Castara and Parlatuvier which were excellent as well but this topped them all. We would have happily stayed quite a while longer than our 4 days. Highly recommended.

An enjoyable stay! Dernelle is great! She has been extremely helpful. She created these amazing informative pamphlets that tells you house rules, nearby restaurants, attractions, transportation help, and much more. She’s also a fabulous makeup artist amd will have you looking spectacular for Tobago Carnival! I recommend her home

As a couple of nature lovers, this place was perfect. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the parrots fly past and the hummingbirds flit through. We ended up spending way more time at the house than we anticipated just because it was so tranquil and relaxing. The pool was well maintained and much needed in the heat and the perfect depth for lounging about with a rum punch. Terry was very responsive whenever we messaged and although he was not on site, he relayed any issues to Gloria & Byron who were able to help. Top tip - the washing machine is in a locked outbuilding so let Gloria know if you need to use it and she will give you access. We did find there were a few mosquitos out in the morning and evening so recommend bringing some insect repellent if you want to sit outside (or just stay in the pool to avoid them!) Maya the cat was an absolute sweetheart and we couldn't believe she wanted to sit on our laps in 30C heat 😻. We hope to visit again in the future.

My stay here was great! Easy to find, very comfortable and well appointed. Staff were accommodating and friendly. I did check out early due to the ac not working - through no fault of the host. Seems like there was an electrical surge that disrupted the devices. They were very helpful to resolve the issue. The outsourced vendor took awhile to get there - also outside of their control. Inspite of this, they refunded me a night. Wasn't expecting it - but truly appreciated the attempt to make things right. Despite that little glitch, I enjoyed the place otherwise and will stay there again! Thank You, Nicholas.

I booked this location for my family to spend with each other as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. I was very satisfied with the accommodations, location and amenities. Will definitely be returning!

We had a great time! The neighbourhood is quiet and secure. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and the large bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. There was also ample space and furniture indoors and outdoors for our group. The property manager is a gem! She was very friendly, kind and helpful during our stay.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Lidi’s place! The photos do not do her home justice! Spacious and clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Lidi had her property manager there when we arrived to welcome us and even gave us a call the next morning to make sure we settled in ok and to find out if we needed any local recommendations! Definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Location very good. I would recommend here to all my friends. We had such a wonderful time and the caretaker was very accommodating to our needs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great space for 2 people. Loved the constant sea breeze, great views, having a kitchen and a dining table to relax while eating our meals. The only challenge is the lack of a washing machine so pack enough so you won't need to wash. A very clean relaxing space which i would recommend while exploring the beautiful island of Tobago.

Stunning location on one of the most beautiful beaches. Nice calm water on the bay side, and fun waves on the other end of beach. Gorgeous sunset! Beach was also great for running or walks! The place was immaculate, 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms/showers. A very large master bedroom with views of the sea! Gorgeous all around, cannot wait to go back!

My buddy and I stayed here because we were playing in a golf tournament which was close by. We could actually see the golf course from where we stayed. We didnt make use of all the amenities but they were there to be used. No issues whatsoever.

Jennifer's place was a home away from home for my family and I. Although a traditional style tropical villa, all modern amenities were available- WIFI, H/C, A/C, cable. The apartment was spacious, fully furnished, including essentials and we were able to cook our own meals. There was parking and the pool was a hit with my kids! Our host Jennifer was fabulous! She was so accommodating for our flight times, which we truly appreciate. She even had a complimentary drink for our kids. This place ticked all my boxes, would definitely visit again!

Host Kevin was very responsive and also Maria. Very accommodating and friendly too. Very lovely flat, in a great location and had all the right things we needed in the flat to accommodate our stay. Only gripe would be that the entire floor throughout the apartment was dirty and sandy. And although the cleaner had offered to arrange someone to come back and clean, it wasn't until a day before our departure. The shower from previous guests was also left dirty and full of their hairs. But other than these two things, it was a pleasant stay and cannot fault anything, especially the communication between all parties.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at "Uncle" Ronald's Oasis. The property was exactly as shown with no disappointments or surprises. His space was clean, stocked with snacks, water, and a few toiletries. The pool was a wonderful added bonus as it was clean, and a nice size for swimming. But by far the best part of our stay was the Host Ronald. Prior to our check in, he proactively reached out to me directly to give specific directions on how to get to his place and even offered to pick us up. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay at his home exceeded our expectations. He even took us to local hidden gem restaurant to get some authentic Caribbean food to go, and ensured we had all the necessities to enjoy our short stay. He respected our privacy but was also easily accessible whenever we needed him. We most certainly will be returning to Tobago, not just because of the beautiful island, but also because of "Uncle Ron"!! Thank you.
