Comfortable ground floor 2-room flat (34 m2) with terrace in flowered garden, a 3-mn walk from the nice little beach of Anse Caritan. Air-conditioned bedroom , desk, a living-room, real kitchen, terrace where you can have your meals accompanied by birdsong, Wifi, washing-machine. The village 600m far offers all amenities (shops, post office, restaurants). Several beaches around, all different, including the beach of Les Salines, nautical activities, hiking. The studio located in a green setting on the edge of Anse Caritan beach. It incorporates a former hotel residence. Ideally located in the heart of Sainte-Anne, it is 300 m from the village. All the most beautiful beaches are accessible in 10 minutes and less by car (Les Salines, Pointe du bout, Cap Chevalier...). Walkers will be able to take courses to view the island on other sides (Ronde des Caps...) Families with their children will enjoy the garden.

Charming house 100 meters from the beach...

Two minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Pointe Marin (that of Club Med) and 15 minutes walk from the tourist village of Sainte Anne, our house is in a very sought after setting. No need to rent a car because the snacks, supermarket are next door. The house is fully air-conditioned with two colorful bedrooms (140 beds) including one with a baby alcove and crib. The neighborhood is very safe, very few cars, a cool vacation for the whole family...
