Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Our modern,quiet 2-room apartment with 70 sqm, located on our well-kept equestrian farm, was completed in 2024. The apartment consists of a bedroom with box spring bed and large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, next to a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a cozy dining table. There is a walk-in rain shower in the bathroom. A seating area is available in front of the entrance area.
