Super cozy and convenient stay. Loved the eclectic decor! Detailed with all necessary amenities. Arrived to a comfy, clean and well air conditioned small house. She even had soft music playing on the tv screen to make it more welcoming. Location is very accessible to all the amazing restaurants in the east side area. Parking driveway was useful so we could do short Uber rides to downtown Austin. Hope to visit again.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Austin while feeling far enough away for peace and quiet. Very nicely decorated and maintained. Great private outdoor seating area.

Phenomenal backyard complete with a cowboy pool and lots of seating. The location and decor were great as well. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable home for our family of four and dog. Neighborhood is quiet and close to major roads to get to Austin venues fairly quickly. Easy check-in and check-out process. Host(s) communication was excellent.

The house is well located an easy walk to East 6th Street and walking distance to Franklin's Barbecue. Brian was very responsive and the hose was extremely clean and very comfortable. If we go back to Austin, we will definitely use Brian's home.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

It’s in a great area with plenty of awesome restaurants, shops, and fun places to explore nearby. The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which made our trip even smoother. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

This weekend was nothing short of amazing. And the house matched the vibe to a T.

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

Great place to book for a getaway! Comfortable and spacious home where you can relax and have fun! I would highly recommend this booking to others and I would definitely consider rebooking!

This was such a cute place! It literally was stocked with everything you could think of. I stayed here for a month and was able to live as normally as possible for a digital nomad. Also had fast internet which was another plus. The neighbors were super sweet and I always had positive interactions with them. Very dog friendly. Within a 10 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, and more. Just be mindful of parking between 7a-3p M-F. With the school and construction across the street, it was hard to find a spot if I left during these times. Would love to stay here again!

Came to Austin for the weekend for a girls/bachelorette trip. Really only mentioned our occasion once or twice and upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift to kick off the weekend of celebrating. Beverly was so accommodating and flexible, she allowed us an early check in after traveling in the morning which allowed us to have a successful day! The house was in a safe and private area, Beverly was so responsive and helpful during my entire planning and arrival! Trip was a major success thanks to Beverly!

Rebecca was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. Let me share a bit of our story—when we arrived in Austin, our luggage was lost, and it made for a stressful start. But the moment we stepped into Rebecca’s apartment, everything changed. The space is truly a piece of art. You can feel it was designed by an artist—beautiful colors, unique paintings, natural materials, and vibrant greenery everywhere. The energy was calming and welcoming. We immediately felt at home. Even our little Juan started calling it "the new house"—that’s how comfortable he was! The location is central, but having a car is a must to really get around and enjoy everything Austin has to offer. Most places, including downtown and East Austin, are just a 10/15-minutes drive away. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The apartment is not just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. Very enjoyable stay, I would happily stay again. Kitchen was well equipped with spices and coffee and sugar, even avocado oil... which makes things much easier for a visitor. Apartment was very comfortable, TV is massive. Location was great. Everything was clean and well presented.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a perfect location for my first time visiting Austin - so easy to catch a ride downtown. The patio has a gorgeous view of the DT Austin skyline. David was so friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and I felt right at home.
