It was a great stay, perfect spot close enough to the city, great response time from hosts! Only issue was confusion on how to enter the building at first but quickly figured it out.

Our stay at The Bolm was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean (especially the bathroom, which made us both very happy). However, we happened to stay during a record breaking storm that passed through the Austin area that unfortunately flooded our unit. When we came back to our unit and discovered what had occurred, the host and the co-host checked on us within about 10 minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive in finding us another place to stay. We could not be more grateful for their prompt response and care in assisting us during such a stressful event. We would definitely stay at another airbnb with these hosts in the future.

Everything at Marcela’s place was delightful. Although a hilly area in Austin, a very welcoming and beautiful scenery. I was grateful that there was a swimming area nearby that was in walking distance. And if anyone needs to exercise their morning, jog, this is the perfect place to get a good workout. I’m just grateful that I found a good place in Austin.

I loved how close it was to downtown and Robert and Adrianna was very responsive If I needed anything and the home is very clean. I will definitely book with them again.

Carlos and team were great hosts- they were very responsive to our needs and delivered towels quickly when needed. They were also very helpful with parking, always replying in 5-10 mins. Apartment is same as the listing, although, the couch is a little small. They did have an air mattress available, however, which was helpful. The apartment was clean and well kept. Although, we did find one piece of trash on the floor + the bathtub could be re-painted as part of it is chipping. Otherwise, great stay! Thank you, well worth the value.

Martha was a great and responsive host. The location was awesome. Didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to do anything that I needed to take care of while visiting, plus lots of eating options minutes away.

An absolute GEM of an establishment to stay. From the amenities to the location, this establishment literally made me feel right at home. An extremely clean stay that’s packed with everything you would need from laundry to kitchen, I could not have asked for a better stay than what Bruna and Donny offered. Located in the most perfect spot in the city, you travel literally minutes to all the most popular spots to see. This was my first visit to the city and if I were to come back I’d definitely stay here time and time again!

This little place was an amazing stay in Austin. It's really close to S. Lamar. Many things to do in this area, and very centralized to tons of activities. The room was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. I will book again next time I'm in Austin. This was awesome

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

Christopher’s place was fantastic. Clean and close to all the local places we wanted to travel to. Proximity to the pool is great as well!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.
