Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. This was the most beautiful and peaceful Airbnb my wife and 3 year old son have stayed in and truly feel lucky and honored to have stayed here. The attention to detail and decor of the home is something else, truly creating a unique Costa Rican experience. Enjoying the pool while watching the horses roam was a highlight and Isa and Jesus were always attentive making sure our stay was as comfortable and easy going. This was the 6th time we have come to this area and needless to say, we have found our home away from home and will only stay here from now.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! I was traveling with my elderly parents and two kids (1 yr and 3yr) . The house was adorable, great art , comfortable sitting areas, the kitchen was well stocked, everyone had plenty of space. My parents stayed upstairs so could escape to quiet from kids! There were toys, books, cribs, high chairs, even floaties for the pool! When traveling with kids this is a huge plus to not have to pack these items! Very quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed hanging on the back deck! We walked to beach and restaurants with both kids and my parents no problem! Plenty of towels , and beach chairs! Very clean and Sebastian was super responsive and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back ! I would give 10 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟

We booked very last min to stay at David’s place as we only had a few days left in Costa Rica and wanted to be closer to the airport but not right in town. David responded right away and gave clear instructions on how to get to his place. The studio was very clean and felt very homie. The pool was clean and a great little community pool area with a BBQ. David stopped in on our first day and was very friendly. Craig who lives on the grounds is a great guy for food and beach recommendations. Stores are close by (within walking distance) made for an easy first night to cook dinner. Bed is very comfortable and nice hot shower for the end of the after touring around the local area. Nice a quiet at night to sit and have a beer or morning coffee with the local wild life. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

It is a very comfortable and quiet place. Close to the center of El Coco and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis was always attentive and we kept in touch even before we arrived. Clean place and all the comforts to spend time with the family. An additional plus, they allow pets

We stayed in Jeffrey's apartment and loved the place, the facilities and the equipment of the place, there is a small grill to use, a truly luxurious pool inside the apartment, I really liked the fish tank! A little far from the city but ideal for being surrounded by nature, Jeffrey was very kind and accessible with some of his own requests! Excellent service and we would love to come back soon! We loved it.

If you are looking for a unique Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. The house backs up to a rainforest, where you will enjoy indoor/outdoor living, encounter Howler monkeys swinging from the trees, birds chirping, the sound of rain falling against the leaves. And yes there were a few critters, but that was to be expected, especially since we visiting during the beginning of the rainy season. The beds are cozy and the house is less than 10 minutes from town, the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and made great recommendations. Our experience was definitely memorable.

Super quiet, the place is very clean

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Diana’s apartment in El Coco. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to her clear and prompt communication. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet, gated community, it offered a peaceful environment while still allowing for friendly interactions with neighbors. Amenities like the pool and laundry facilities were a bonus, though I wish I’d had more time to enjoy them fully. Diana’s proactive approach and attention to detail made the experience even better. I would definitely return, especially for a longer stay to make the most of all the offerings.

Had a lovely stay with Katarzyna. Very attentive hostess that treated us like family. The condo was very conveniently located, minutes from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to stores and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor space. Great neighborhood with bars, restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Beautiful little house, with great location. Everything as in the photos. We had everything we needed and felt super comfortable. The outdoor terrace with pool was great for cooling off. The gas hosts are super nice and answers very quickly to every question. Since it was our last house after our trip and our flight didn't go until late at night, we were allowed to do a late check out without any problems or extra charge. Thanks again for that! We would come back anytime and can 100% recommend the house.

Great place to stay! We loved the jungle feel at casa abejas and the salt water pool was amazing.

A 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the main road BUT you can uber from the airbnb to the main road/restaurants for literally only $3.95 each ride. Its a little difficult for people to find exactly (ubers and taxis) but its manageable for sure. AC was POWERFUL and we did not go a single night hot. Backyard was very spacious. Everything was clean. A lot of extra amenities like sunscreen, lotion, books, even Uno cards to play with. It felt very secure because it was gated both in the front and in the back. There was no door on the bathroom but my husband and I personally did not mind that. Water pressure is decent in the shower but nothing to complain about; every other faucet had strong water pressure. Quiet street and the most you’ll hear are the dogs at night. The airbnb was literally down the street from a couple of restaurants and a couple blocks away from a traditional Soda. Good overall experience, i would book a second time. Thank you!
