Very good place for families

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

Amazing views. The complex is very secure with a guarded gate. Two pools and a gym. Only feedback is the AC units are undersized for the villa, especially the master bedrooms. It was 85 degrees at night inside with the AC running on high. The unit needs bigger AC units that are appropriate for its size. For the price, we should not be sweating to death at night. Other than that, great place.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. Hola…. Soy Rosalba de Costa Rica no cabe duda que si quieres pasar unas lindas vacaciones éste es el lugar correcto. Un lugar espacioso, limpio, con una cocina totalmente equipada, paños para piscina, cómodos muebles, lindas camas y limpias, agradable decoración. Nada más que pedirle. El anfitrión super amable, contestaba muy rápido, como la habitación estaba lista nos permitió entrar antes, las indicaciones claras. El lugar cerca de todo, seguro y hermoso. Si Dios nos lo permite un lugar para volver.

Es realmente un lugar excepcional. No te faltará nada para tener una estancia segura, cómoda, limpia y en general completa en este alojamiento ya que en verdad cumple con todas las necesidades y amenidades necesarias. Elodie respondió siempre rápida y efectivamente y proporcionó toda la información necesaria para que no hubiera ningún inconveniente a la hora de hacer el ingreso o la salida al lugar. Además dio recomendaciones de tours, restaurantes y todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estadía. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento y volvería a hospedarme allí sin pensarlo dos veces. This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Check-in instructions were sent well ahead of time and Jennifer provided perfect directions to the home. My teen kids and I enjoyed the full open space in this home, with the communal living room and main balcony being amazing to make family memories. All the great restaurants, shops, and beaches are within walking distance of the home, while the home remained very peaceful. Definitely worth the money spent for our forever memories. Thank you!!!

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

This was the final stay of our 2 week trip in Costa Rica and easily our favorite stay. David was such a lovely host, a kindred spirit as my wife would say, and very helpful. The condo had everything you could need, even beach equipment like chairs, cooler and boogie boards. It was very homey and stocked with all your general essentials, even less common items like a crockpot! We had a 10/10 stay and hope to be back again soon! Thank you David!

Location was perfect. Unit was clean just needs some updates. If unit had sleeper sofa’s it would enhanced for 2 families to share the unit. Pool near building with working grill made it perfect to cook lunch and dinner there.

We love going to Reserva Conchal and Daphne's place had everything we wanted, from plenty of bedrooms, to a great location and view overlooking the golf course. Once inside the reserve, we had access to both The Westin and The W and all the amenities they had to offer. Great place to spend a weekend.

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

This place is big and perfect for a long stay, or short vacation. It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and it’s in a quiet area with a beautiful balcony to bird watch. The beach and beach club were very easy to get to. I one even offered us the use of his golf cart while we were there. The service at the restaurants was amazing. Tom was a fantastic host. He always responded promptly and answered my questions and offered recommendations whenever we needed them. We were able to park in a spot very close to the condo which made coming and going and carrying luggage easy. Highly recommend staying in Tom’s place. You will not be disappointed

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

Great condo, plenty of space and easy access to the beach via shuttle! Comfy beds and all amenities you need ! I would love to stay again!

Great location in a fantastic community. House had everything we needed for a family of 4 plus more. The unit was clean and organized and we had so much fun.

This house was absolutely incredible even better than the pictures! We stayed at the house for nine days and 2 families total. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The beds were so comfy, top of the line kitchen, the most gorgeous outdoor kitchen, etc etc! I could go on and on. We LOVED the outdoor pool area and the location was amazing. We hope to be back one day! Jessica was super responsive and a wonderful host. Pura Vida!

We had the best time! We had a few small plumbing issues, Joel was immediately responsive and problems were solved within an hour. Restaurants: Rustico, Rural (Tamarindo), Lola’s. Beaches: playa Flamingo & Playa Avellana were our favorites. House is super family friendly with the open concept.

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

This little condo was well worth all the tedious searching to find the perfect place for my husband and I on our second honeymoon. Not only does it feel like you're surrounded by the tropical forest even though you're in the city of Tamarindo, the vibes and amenities our top-notch. The bedroom got plenty of natural light which felt very romantic and bright in the morning. Really great storage for personal belongings. I love the real plants well taken care of inside and outside of the house. The kitchen was super well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our own food. The front patios hammock is perfectly placed as well and was great for morning coffee and reading. The 10-minute walk to our favorite beach for a delicious breakers in the morning, surrounded by howler monkeys and amazing birds was the cherry on top! p.s. there's a gym right across the street which is awesome. Can't wait to visit here again!

Our stay in Potrero was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Francisco was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Amy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and offer helpful local recommendations. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable—truly a home away from home. The pool was nice and refreshing, a wonderful addition that made relaxing after a day of exploring even better. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the sunset experience in Las Catalinas and dining at Sentido Norte. Do yourself a favor and make time for both. The views are breathtaking, and the food and atmosphere at Sentido Norte are top-notch. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and well-hosted Costa Rican getaway!

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!
