Apartment holiday rentals in Playacar Beach

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We loved our stay! Michela's place was everything we needed and more. It's location was perfect and walkable to the beach and several restaurants. She even gave us great recommendations that we had fun checking out! The place was very cool, you are right on 5th avenue, but you feel like you're in the jungle! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something lively and fun!

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. Great space in the private gated area of playacar. Taxi was just a few minutes away from fifth Avenue. Clean space. Wish there was better hot water (only lasted in 30 second spurts). Taxi stand outside complex super convenient. Restaurants 10 minute walk. OXXO just 5 minutes. Golf cart service was key as it was hard to get to some places like Starbucks. The Reef hotel access was nice but often full to use. Overall, I recommend this place.

The accommodations were outstanding , it really felt like coming home after a long day of exploring Playa . The private pool and roof terrace were amazing additions!

Very good place, close to 5th avenue and with almost private pool for us, it has 2 beds and is for 4 people, very friendly Iris always answers and responds if you have doubts or some failure, the only thing was that one day we slept without air conditioning and it was getting very hot but the next day Iris helped us to repair it; we really liked it, we would get there again

Great place to stay. My one week long family of 4 vacation was great at this location. Very clean and relaxing, more than enough space for my family. Very attentive host, they will response with in minutes for any questions. I will definitely recommend .

The accommodation is as described, very close to 5th Avenue. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

I was there for a week the host reach to me the same of checking in to make sure everything was fine the unit was excellent as described location if you are familiar whit La Quinta well you are one coner street away close to 38th north great restaurants on that Calle close access to beach public clean lots of space a excellent location and services 5 star rating from me and recommended.

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

A very nice apartment, very well located, behind the street is the ADO Alterna station, a CircleK about 10 meters away, two blocks from the beach, central, super comfortable the place, a great place to which we would definitely return, highly recommended. Miguel was friendly and attentive with check-in and check-out directions. Todo se 10.

Rudy's place is exactly as described. It was so cute and extremely clean! Rudy made sure he sent the rules of the home as well as a brochure to what to do in Playa as far as excursions, food beaches and etc. Rudy was on vacation himself; however Rolando was extremely helpful. I can text this man in the late evening with a question and he would respond back in less than 30mins and I thought that was impressive for a past 10pm response. For those passionate in regard to visiting Playa Del Carmen I can say this is the Airbnb to book!

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

Very clean and well maintained quiet flat that was close to the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was available which helped. Leopoldo was Friendly and proactive in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a welcome plus.

A beautiful and modern apartment that is stylish and practical. We slept superbly: it was quiet, the bed very comfortable and the air conditioning excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped. The doorman was always friendly and most spoke some English. The communication with Françoise was quick and easy. The apartment exceeded our expectations based on the description, we would book again. :-)

We had a spectacular time. The place was clean and tidy with the necessary amenities, we stayed a week and it exceeded expectations. Excellent location, close to everything, supermarket, beach, transportation, despite being in the center the noise did not affect anything. Mr. Vladimir was always looking out for us. I would definitely recommend this exceptional place 100% and we will definitely return.

Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

The accommodation is perfect, as shown in the photos. The beach is 1 block away and 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away, the location is ideal. The pool is wonderful. Frank was on top of everything when we needed him.

Very good condo, very clean and beautiful view of the city and beach!!

Alizees place was perfect. It’s right by the beach, close to restaurants, taxi services, close to Quinta Avenida, a 30 min walk to the ferry. The place is huge, beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a pretty rooftop pool & such a comfortable vibe. She was so helpful, accommodating, and even shared some fun spots for us to check out, which we did and were impressed! Some things to note: - Sargassum season gives a strong scent from the balcony but, it didn’t bother us as I’m an ocean lover - On the weekend, the restaurant below plays slightly loud music but again, didn’t bother us as I love the musical aspect of Mexican culture & it stopped around midnight anyways - Takes a bit of time to get cold water because it’s hot down there but I’m used to things like this personally! - The electricity limit was a surprise to me, maybe I didn’t read it on the listing initially but we had plenty of usage and so far I was not charged for it Thanks so much. Definitely hope to return again 🤎

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Very nice views, the hotel is very nice and an excellent location near the quinta. And very good service from everyone!
