Very nice apartment, with everything you need, is in a complex with several amenities, beach, a giant pool, jacuzzi, has restaurants. Very good communication and response from the hosts. Both at the entrance and exit were very punctual. The apartment is clean and working well everything we used. Highly recommended 👌

The apartment is spacious, modern and well located in a beautiful quiet environment. The city is very quickly accessible by car. The residence's beach is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The pools in the residence are beautiful. We had a great time at Omar's place. We'd recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation. Thank you Omar!

We had a great time at this property, accessible at all times Paulina. The facilities correspond to the images. The beach from my point of view if you carry a car would be better, if it is a little removed and the access is by the beach club.

We love staying on 38th, it is so quaint and so many options for dining and drinks. So close to the beach and 5th AVE. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and the view from the roof was worth every penny. It was very clean, unlike some of the rooftop pools where we have stayed before.

Antonio & Karina are wonderful people. They met us at the apartment and gave us a run through of everything. They then provided a great list of recommendations and were around whenever we had questions or needed anything. The apartment is perfect, the location is 10/10 with views of the sea and seconds to the popular 5th Street. I loved walking to the beach and then being able to come back easily for a snack. We had a great experience, that was only made better by Antonio and Karina! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, and I can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

The location is perfect private and far enough from noise but at a walkable and safe distance to the 5th ave and mall. Also direct access to the beach 2 blocks down the street. On top of it , the house is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, anything you may need.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

The location of this condo is fantastic. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. If you need to go further getting a cab is super easy and readily available. The condo itself is great but Iza is truly an amazing host. If I could give her 10 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Lovely place! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect view for morning coffee! The beach was great, pool was peaceful (no lack of lounge chairs), and easily walkable to restaurants and the grocery store. We loved the filtered water and well-appointed kitchen.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! This was the perfect spot for a family vacation — we had 6 adults and one baby, and the house fit us all so comfortably. It was quiet, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Honestly, it couldn’t have been better. Bruno, the property manager, went above and beyond for us — helping arrange airport transportation, grocery delivery, and making sure we had everything we needed. He made the whole trip so smooth and easy. The house itself is gorgeous. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, the bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out to give everyone privacy, and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out together. We were able to walk to most places, but getting in and out of the development can be a bit of a hike, so taxis definitely came in handy. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. 100/10 — we will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

The condo had everything we needed to be at our most comfortable during our stay. Beautiful entrance, secure and super friendly security guards at the gate, excellent ambassador to greet us, show us the condo, and who was also very responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful pool in the center courtyard, as well as tennis / pickle ball courts within the property. Short walk through the jungle and Fase 1 to get to the best beaches in Playa del Carmen. Recommend!

Irias was incredible with the check in and check out process. She was always available when we needed her. The place is incredible. I just loved the roof top private pool! I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a really spacious 2 story home! Has all the essentials for a home-away-from-home. The bikes are awesome and make you feel more connected to exploring playa del car. You can be to a great ice cream shop or a taco shop within a 10 minute bike ride. 15 minute ride to the mall and 5th avenue (just outside the gate of playa del car. Laure was helpful and quick to respond to minor issues and Uli even responded to something in the middle of the night (her time). Pool is great! We would stay here again— great for family and govern quiet. Thank you!!

Matteo and Nicoletta were fantastic hosts. They were immediately responsive with directions, recommendation and helpful in every way they could be.
