Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa San Juan

We had a wonderful vacation! We stayed for 4 nights in May, and everything was great. The apartment was clean with a beautiful ocean view. Sergio, the owner, along with his lovely wife and their little child, were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a brilliant experience, and I truly hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Sergio and family!

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

The accommodation looks even better than in the pictures, really magical! Rarely have we stayed in a place with so much attention to detail! Super clean and also equipped with everything! Javier himself is super supportive and was immediately available, even in the evening - thank you!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. There is another accommodation in the house itself, which was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything for spices/oil. The ad says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally clear. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We were there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

An unforgettable experience in this beautiful house with breathtaking views of Los Gigantes. An excellent solution that combines relaxation and tranquility with the possibility of driving to the most beautiful destinations in Tenerife. The house is a dream, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The pool, not exclusive, also super appreciated! Super recommended!

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. If you want to support sustainable tourism this island, this accommodation is the place to be! The finca is furnished with a lot of style and attention to detail, everything is very well maintained and thought out. We were particularly impressed by the daily service with fresh bananas and vegetables from the garden – just great! The finca consists of several apartments, yet you have your private garden and enjoy an absolutely quiet, relaxing environment. For families with small children (ours are 2 and 4 years old), the grounds are ideal – plenty of space to play and discover. The proximity to the beach is also fantastic, including breathtaking sunsets. A wonderful place to experience the beauty of Tenerife in peace and harmony with nature – absolutely recommended!

I had a fantastic stay in Tenerife! The apartment was just perfect — clean, stylish, and very comfortable with amazing view on the cliffs . This place is REALLY spectacular. Even better than the pictures! The open expanse of ocean, and the sound of the waves at night, made our experience here unforgettable. Christelle was a splendid host; she made everything clear, was always available, and also left us to enjoy the wonderfully private feel of the property.
